We’ve had to switch to whole grains, and I feared for my recipes that called for bread crumbs. So excited I could find whole wheat Panko! And for a great deal! We’ve used it once already, and found it just as good as the regular Panko.

I’ve been ordering these whole wheat panko breadcrumbs for several years. You can’t get them in a regular grocery store. They come in a box of 6 bags, so they last quite awhile. The fact that they’re whole wheat doesn’t factor into their flavor. By using them, you’re adding some fiber to your diet, which everyone needs!
