AlphaPooch Purrvillion Cat Scratch Chalet, Black Fleece

My cats like it, not much else to say. It's big enough so my larger 18 pound cat can still "hide" (at least partially) in the middle but small enough it doesn't take up too much room. It was their first official scratching post and they've taken to it. Simple and easy to assemble as well. I only gave 4 starts because I wish the post itself was a little taller since my cat's like to stretch up when they scratch.

In this case, looks are deceiving. The piece is actually quite cheaply made. And each time my cats scratch the carpet, I wind up with black fuzz all over the floor. It's made of very flexible cardboard, not great when a cat is putting all their weight on the scratching pad. Put your money toward a more sturdily made item.

Very disappointed with this product. It has plastic on the sides which are quite flimsy. My cat scratched the side once and it collapsed. It claims to be rated for a 26 lb cat and mine is about 15 lbs.In conclusion, Do Not buy this scratching post.

Well... my cat doesn't scratch the post at all, she still uses the carpet, BUT I don't blame the post for that. It's really cute and even though my cat doesn't use it for it's main purpose, she does love going under the little hut part. The only thing about the post I think is a little weird is the big random paw print on it, it looks like a dog print, but oh well. I still like it. Plus it was the easiest thing to assemble. Took me all of 10 seconds.

Very cheaply made. The rope pole fell off right away. Best to spend a little more and get a better product

My cat absolutely loves this little house. She hasn't taken to the scratching post yet but she loves hanging out and napping inside on the nice carpet lining.

Pretty flimsy. Wasn't impressed.

Good for travel and small spaces. Very durable.
