This worked okay and seemed to cleanse well and remove dirt and oil from my skin, but I didn't see a real difference in the condition of my skin or any substantial clear-up after 3 months of use. For a daily cleaner, it is adequate, but for a visual change or visible results, it didn't do much. The reason I gave this product 3 stars is because the formula seems unsafe. I know that getting some facial cleaners in your eyes may iterate or cause minor discomfort, but this cleaner was different. When I got some in my eyes, the burning sensation was almost unbearable. Even after rising my eyes out with water, the irritation and burning did not subside for several minutes. It is simply too harsh.

This is a very gentle but effective facial cleanser. It foams up nicely, and washes off easily. It requires only a small amount for cleansing

I purchased this seeking an alternative to the discontinued Garnier Moisture Rescue face cleanser. Overall I liked it, seemed to be a decent alternative to the Garnier, but I still prefer Garnier over this product. The consistency of the cleanser was almost the same as Garnier, but I found that Garnier had more of a lather to it, and I did not have to use as much as I have to with this product.

It really scrubbed deep into my pores as well and left my face dry but its a toning moose so I sprayed some mist and it was perfect. Put on my make up 10 seconds after and headed out to school. My face got clear within a week since it took care of all the infections and smoothed everything out :)

Very pleased with this product. I tried many others before and nothing worked as this Biotherm did. It leaves my skin clean and fresh ready for moisturizing. It's now part of my every day routine.

I wrote the same review for the Biotherm hydrating creme: this product is just "okay". It didn't do anything to bother my skin, but it did nothing to improve or enhance it in any way either -- and this is after having used 3/4 of the tube already. Unfortunately, I won't continue with the Biotherm skincare line. At this cost I expect improvements or enhancements to my skin -- not "just okay". I *do* love the lip balm and will leave a great review for that. Out of several Biotherm products I bought this time around the lip product is the only one I might consider buying again.

The biotherm I received from amazon was a different color and consistency to what I’m used to getting when ordered from biotherm.com the biosource I’m used to has a blueish green hue and the one I received from amazon looked browned and oxidized or expired... I have no idea but I’m not sure about it & not wanting to use it. Just a heads up. Not sure if all the bottles will be like this. If you order be cautious of the color/hue I’ve never seen this shade before (I love this wash by the way & recommend it fully-the authentic and fresh stuff)My photos show the one to the left closer to the new bottle are from amazon and the right is my previous bottle from biotherm directly.

Only a small amount of cream is required. The delicate foam lather leaves the face smooth and relaxed. It's a lovely morning and/or evening wash. A little goes a long way.

The product arrived on time. However the texture of the cream was quite dense compare to previous product brought elsewhere. It still looks ok but make me think it is an old batch. I didn’t return it as I needed it.

I have been using Biotherm for a very long time. I have tried lots of different brands for my combination skin. This is one worked for me.Feels clean, fresh, not dry , I don't get any spots anymore.Would recommend it
