These are a lifesaver. I use them for both plantar fasciitis and cramps in my shoulder from desk work.The rubber outer cover makes for a good grip. I can lean up against a wall with the ball between my back and the wall, and slowly let the ball drop down to work out spasms.I also keep one under my desk to roll my feet over.Great service, fast shipping, and concerned follow-up. Well worth the price
Good product. Been using them regularly since buying, pretty effective for my lifestyle sitting at a desk in the workday and a good addition to my stretching/mobility time after squash matches and my upper back thanks you after deadlift day. You get two in the box even though you really only need one, so I keep one in my gym bag and one at home. One minor complaint in that the box was falling apart and completely beaten up on arrival, as long as the balls were in there (an they are plastic bagged) it didn't matter so much to me but heads up to the seller; you may need better packaging to survive the warehousing and delivery process.

I love these for my trigger points of pain
I love these for my trigger points of pain. My PT recommended these to help between my therapy. I use them along with my in home exercises for my neck And back. You can buy Lacrosse balls for the same thing. I recommend these highly.

Great relief

Relieves muscle knots
These work great for relieving muscle knots in my calf.I put one under my calf while I sit down on a hardwood floor with my legs straight. After about 10 minutes of this, the knot is much softer and my calf feels great.
