The issue is there is a huge gap in the top lid that results in this check images for results!
I would suggest you not get the 3.0" large version of the mendo mulcher it is machined but the tolerances in the top pieces are huge so it results in keef basically sheeting on the rounded threadless surface.

The mendo mulcher is hands down the best product ever the smaller one is a mendo mulcher from 16yrs ago and it is still going like the first day the bigger mendo mulcher is of the exact same quality and works even better

Owned too many of these but realized I always go back to the Mendo Mulch. That tells me it is the best. No need to mess with any others but the pros. The true OG mulcher. I remember one being brought down for me from my pal. It was like Christmas. He saw what I was using and I thought it was great until I put my "tea" in this. Perfect cuts. Perfect mulch size. So I have three for free if anyone needs one. I do not need them, that is for darn sure. This kicks there butt. Electric one, a one with a handle and clear so you can see it (sucks), and another no name grinder. (sucks). The material feel like ass compared to the MM. It truly will be the last one you buy and when people who know see it, they will know you know what the hell you are doing as well. I do not see too many amateurs with a MM. Agree? And you walk in and they show you a plastic one. I shake my head all the way to the car as I am averaging about 22 years older than the new generation who know not too much unfortunately. Hard to find a solid Tender who has seen many years of this industry. As many know you did not have to mulch crap mexican tea. LOL Enjoy all. They are pricey but last one you will even need to look at.

Best grinder on the market!
Don't be fooled by its semi-rough exterior; this grinder is built to last! Each individual piece is light as air but combined it creates a true machine of Mendocino engineering. Its many teeth overs supreme grinding capabilities, but it doesn't pulverize too much to be a nuisance. This grinder will be the last one you ever buy, if you can get your hands on one :D

I've gone through many grinders and this is top quality. Probably the last grinder I'll ever need; definitely worth the money.
