I grew up in a family where sugar was for baking and honey was for Everything Else. I’m not a connoisseur but I have given the impromptu lecture in response to the “honey is honey” statement. This honey has been great for everything. It’s deeper in flavor and color than you might be used to, and it’s a daunting amount. But trust me, you won’t regret your purchase. It will be gobbled up faster than you expect.Yes, it separates a bit and there will be crystallization. Whatever.

Nice interesting taste, good with fruit and berries, medium dark somewhat like Manuka honey, not as sweet as most honeys when used for baking. Contents settle, top half thin like maple syrup heavy crystallization on bottom. Must stirred thoroughly,I may try their other variety, same description but says spreadable. Now I know why. I didn't see anystrange particles in the 4 lb jar but uneven crystals may appear to some people like particles. I'm not a bee keeper,but think that it's what raw unfiltered honey may be like. Product is worth a try especially as organic that'shard to find.

I like the organic raw honey, although completely different flavor from what i have tried before. Good on french toast or with tea.

It came in on time and well packed. Excellent organic raw honey that is USDA certified. It tastes great and has great quality. I tried several other brands of organic raw honey, but this is the best that I have tried so far.

I will not purchase this honey again. The honey came completely crystallized--I know this is a natural occurrence with honey, however this honey was crystallized so that it was difficult to scoop out of the container from the top. About half way through the plastic container, it was so hard I could not even scoop it out. I had to throw much of it away. I contacted the company and they refused to exchange the product. They told me I need to heat the honey to bring it back to liquid. For obvious reasons, I don't want to heat the honey in a plastic container. What I was able to salvage, I put into glass mason jars and simmered them on the stove. However, doing this defeats the purpose of paying top dollar for raw honey. Very disappointing.

Just finished the entire 4 lb jar.....Excellent organic raw honey. Standard honeys are now often diluted with unlabeled ingredients like high fructose corn syrup, 13 other sweeteners and contain antibiotics. It is a difficult industry to regulate because expensive high filtration is done in order to remove all pollen solely so these honey sources and criminal tactics remain untraceable.... most arrive from notoriously unsafe Chinese origins. This information is reported on Food Safety News and documented by investigations from the US Customs and Justice Department. So for our home consumption ..... Please........Organic ! Organic RAW only !! Thank you!
