Spellbinders S5-030 Shapeabilities Mega Dies Fancy Tags 2

I just started using a die cutting machine ( Sizzix 655268 Big Shot Cutting-and-Embossing Roller-Style Machine ), and this was one of the first non-Sizzix dies I purchased. I make a lot of cards, and I wanted something to "fancy them up" a bit.The dies work fine with my Big Shot, although I had to play a bit to get the "sandwich" set up properly. The instructions from Spellbinders explaining how to use the dies with various machines sort of work, but check around online, and you can find other suggested combinations that seem to work better, both for cutting and for embossing.Also, these work better with good-quality cardstock. The cut piece should pop out fairly easily, leaving behind the "innies" in the die to remove with a pin or other pointed tool.

These are so beautiful and cut very well. They are a wonderful addition to my dies that I use for card making. The sizes are correct, as listed. I find them to be all to be good sizes for stamping or writing. I use primarily A& (5"x7") cards and these labels are a perfect in size and look really classy. Highly recommend!

This die makes some really fancy tags. They're 4 1/8" wide.The only issue I have is the intricate parts will stick. It's easy to fix tho, I put double wax paper between the die and cardstock and that makes it much easier to remove from the die.The Sticking thing is lost-star in my opinion.But I would still recommend this die....just mention that it needs wax paper!

I liked very much the desing of these dies. at the beginning I had a little of difficulty because the paper was being imprisoned in the dies, but later it stopped to happen this. Now it cuts amazing. I have a big shot machine and i recommend to buy the embossing pad too for the emboss, because i tryed to make it with foan and it doesn't work.

These are beautiful. I enjoy using them. They are a quality product.

These labels are beautiful - but I had to use a toothpick to push out detailed areas. Time consuming, but make abold addition to tags/cards, etc. I have several spellbinders dies and have had good results even though I amnew to die cutting..

I am very happy with the service I received and the quality of the Spellbinder shapeabilities. I have used them on greeting cards I make and they really dress up a greeting with a statement attached to the face of it. They arrived earlier than I expected, which enabled me to get to work with them sooner. I will purchase from this vendor again.

I can use these for any occasion, love the design. I'm giving it 4 stars though because with cardstock, once cut, the shape can get stuck in the die, so it takes extra effort to get the cardstock out.
