I've been taking Kyolic Aged Garlic for quite a while and have been very pleased with the quality, consistency, and overall results. I also like the size of the capsules and for me, there has been absolutely NO garlic taste or smell.As you know, garlic is an excellent supplement to boost your immune system, lower blood pressure, cholesterol control, etc. Of course, you should ALWAYS check with your doc for any aliments or issues with your health. I buy this supplement regularly. It has good health benefits and is heart healthy. I haven’t experienced any adverse effects from this supplement. It does have a strong taste but goes away quickly.

After surviving cardiac arrest, my doctor prescribed Kyolic garlic as essential for sustained vitality- and one of several supplements that would keep my blood flow healthy as an alternative to statins and other of the “ usual” heart prescription medications that made me sick. I chose this brand because it is FREE of GMO’s, gluten,sodium, yeast, soy, sugars, preservatives and artificial colors and flavors. Also, it truly IS odorless!However, I reduced a star because it has magnesium stearate which I’ve learned from multiple resources and doctors can be toxic. And also, has whey which is another ingredient I’ve learned is not the best for a heart patient to consume.But, I am convinced that the benefits of Kyolic Garlic are proven to be considerable. Therefore, I’m continuing to use this brand until I can discover one with NO “ bad stuff”

Even when my wrist version of my Omron blood pressure measuring machine never indicated that I had high blood pressure, this aged garlic product alleviated the ringing in my ears, the pain in the back of my head, my neck stiffness, and the nightmarish pricking sensation all over my scalp specially after eating a heavy meal. Therefore, I know now that I suffered from high blood pressure after all for at last six years. Maybe blood pressure is not accurately measured by measuring it in the wrist, specially when it is caused by having a pot belly. In order for this aged garlic to work its magic, it must be taken two capsules twice a day. In my case, I am also working hard on shrinking my pot belly and cutting down on coffee and beer. I cannot make false claims revealing other benefits about this product, but if you are a male, it might restore your mojo too and one of these mornings give your wife a nice surprise..

I can't comment on how much "health benefit" this product provides, but it is easy on the gut and does not give you bad breath. It "may" also provide a bit of mosquito and bug protection. It's so hard to say. I never get as many bug bites as those camping with me.I started this supplement to "improve" my cholesterol. Wow, what a rabbit hole that was. The "science" behind cholesterol management is so weak it's pathetic. Anyhow, regarless of what your doctor says or your blood tests show, if you're at risk for heart disease, and you can afford it, this product is worth it. Garlic, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, spinach, kale -they're all miracle foods. Make it part of a "good" diet. You can't eat garbage and hope this pill will fix your heart.If you are at risk for heart disease and you don't know your A1c or measure your post meal blood glucose you're flying blind. Heart disease is not natural, nor is obesity. Find the root cause, cause if you don't you are a lost cause.
