OEM part as advertised
This is a John Deere OEM belt as expected. This transmission drive belt is not easy to replace. But after reading the reviews and watching a YouTube video on how to replace it, you just need patience, a rope hoist to pull the tractor up with and work on it as well as a garage to pull it up in....as I said, it's not easy.

The Belt did not last but 2 hours or less, id But A Orginal John Deere Belt
The Belt Was Not A John Deere Belt it Was Made in India. Nit good Quality, id not Recommend Anyone Buying It, As hard is it to change its not worth the money. Gary Bell..!

New belt makes my lawn tractor run like new
The mower (after 20 years and over 600 hours) suddenly would struggle to go up any incline at all due to the original belt being cracked and worn out. The new belt solved the issue completely. The belt is the same size as the original, 89 inches, but I would search for an 88 inch long belt next time due to John Deere not having any feature to adjust the belt’s tension. It does not appear to be an OEM product but the quality does look equivalent.

Had an "aftermarket" belt that literally lasted hours while my Original lasted years ....Bought to replace the aftermarket junk ....
