It's not that it's a bad product, rather it's that I haven't had too much luck using it. First time, it killed a phone because I left the parts in during the bending process. Next, I tried removing the inners of the phone then bend, it worked, but I got a bit over zealous and ended up busting the frame. But hey, third times a change, right? Good product. Hard to use.
