This essential oil blend is just lovely. It truly is uplifting. Eden oils are the bang for your buck!! I absolutely enjoy this blend.

A lot of people I know swear by Young Living brand essential oils, which is great.. If you want to spend almost an entire paycheck on about 4 or 5 oils. Myself, I'm a bit more frugal and I can't justify buying a $25 bottle of an essential oil. I stayed away from essential oils specifically because A) I was skeptical of it all, and B) for that price, I'll stay away from anything. But Edens Garden has made it possible for me to have all of the oils that I love, without breaking my bank account. I can buy about 10 oils for the price of 1 Young Living oil. Yes, they say the quality of the product is everything but, I've never had any issues with any of my oils from Eden's Garden. The Joy blend oil is my absolute favorite and I use it in my diffuser every single day. It makes my home smell amazing and I even wear it in a diffuser necklace to keep my mood up throughout the day. None of their oils have ever disappointed, and I'll take them any day over YL. My wallet thanks me!

OK; I'm updating my previous review from 3 stars to 5 stars. I realize that this is to be used by diffusing into the environment and not on the body or to smell from very closely. So, with that, I paced a drop on 3 pieces of paper and placed around the house. I was surprised at the mood enhancement I got just very shortly thereafter. So, yes; it does promote JOY. And no headache if I don't sniff it directly of the paper.Previous Review: When I got this, I put a drop on my left wrist and rubbed with the right wrist and took some whiffs. It smelled of a mix batch of all over the place smells; overall good smells, with some meh ones. But, it also gave me a headache that lasted about 1/2 an hour; that I did not like. I hope it does something to bring me joy. It does seem to smell better as whiffs come out; too strong if you sniffed directly from a spot. Thanks.

Expected better. A group of lovely oils but I think it has way too much vanilla and it gives it a sickly sweet scent. Mixed a drop with some of the “quiet time“ which was too woodsy scented and it balanced it or some. Jasmine is one of my absolute favorite oils and is in both of these blends but you would never know. I’m just grateful they didn’t put ylang ylang in this one. I’ve yet to find a blend from any brand with it in it that smells good and unfortunately it seems to be in everything! 3 stars for scent, 5 for value because they are quality oils priced for the average working person as opposed to outrageous MLM prices that hire chemists instead of aromatherapists to blend their oils.

I’ve been hesitant to try blends as I’ve had a few that I just did not care for. This Joy is a great blend. I’ve used it alone and experimented with mixing it with others like Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Citrus scents etc. Nice and clean smelling. It’s a happy and a slightly sweet scent. While I’m at it, on the opposite end of the spectrum, Eden Garden’s Earth and Woods blend is wonderful as well. It’s very earthy and I personally can detect the vetiver within. Eden Gardens appears on several lists of “Best Oils” going around the internet.

I used this in my homemade facial cream "Rosemary's Perfect Homemade face cream" (google it for recipe) and it came out wonderful!I also use a similar blend of EO's for a facial oil I make also. This could be used instead. (10-15 drps/oz jojoba/apricot or any oil you like) and used before applying face-cream (for dry skin) or used as a makeup remover... its a myth that using oil makes your skin oily. :)I'm becoming a huge fan of Eden's Garden's oils. I really like them and they have a good price. I've worked with Pharmaceutical oilsand all different ones and most of the "high end" one are severely overpriced. I'm really loving these oils would love to buy a kit someday.Also with every order (so far) they send a product guide, and a handy little pocket guide "101 ways to use essential oils" which is really nice. What can I say? I'm a total fan!!!

This is my favorite oil from Young Living and Eden's Garden does not disappoint. And for a cheaper price! I bought it here to see the difference but you can hardly see one. Eden's Garden also does GC/MS testing which is the best way to decide where to buy your oils. Joy is a mixture of Rose, Lemon, Orange, Jasmine, Tangerine, Ylang Ylang, and Coriander (I think I got them all), which makes a happy, mood lifting, energizing but relaxing, worry-free oil.It is also good in facial serums and soaps and perfumes because it contains Rose and Jasmine, which are 2 main essential oils for anti-aging (your complexion) and it smells heavenly. You can hardly go wrong with this oil, and it diffuses well with Lemon or Orange and also with Frankincense. Treat yourself and enjoy!
