Overall, I like this product. My skin feels a lot smoother and looks clearer.However, my biggest issue is my hormonal acne. Nothing has cleared up on that front, but I think I need to use it for longer to really make a good determination on it.

This cleanser is the best I've ever tried. I wouldn't say it's a holy grail product, only because I've never came across one. I still have some acne but this cleanser has definitely improved my skin by about 60%. I cleanse with a oil based cleanser first to remove makeup throughly, then use this cleanser second. If I have no makeup on and am cleansing a bare face this also is wonderful. It does however remove all makeup without a oil based cleanser first I just prefer to double cleanse to ensure a good clean. The cleanser itself is super watery which can be difficult if you're in the shower but I learned to work with it. I have moderate (occasionally severe) hormonal acne at almost all times of the month, I breakout everywhere due to hormonal imbalances and sometimes poor diet. My skin is also dehydrated and most cleansers that claim to be suited for sensitive skin that I've tried have totally dried me out (high end and drugstore). This is the first cleanser I've tried that not only improves my acne but also does not over strip my skin of its natural oils. I always moisturize after though and add a light layer of unrefined cucumber oil. Also I'm really picky about what I put on my skin and the ingredients are amazing. Definitely worth a try if you're searching for a gentle, effective, natural cleanser. This will be my second repurchase.

I happened to discover this product trying to find a soap free, ph balanced and fragrance free cleanser. This cleanser is one of a kind. It is also free of a bunch of other undesirable ingredients I don't want in my skin products. I have oily, blackhead prone/whitehead prone skin. This texture of this product was something to get used to after using the stripping/foaming cleansers most of us are accustomed to. I have grown to love it! My complexion is calm and clear after usage. If I get a cluster of whiteheads in an area I will use and within a couple of hours they will start diminishing and the redness will disappear. I can't say how it removes makeup since I only wear sunscreen and lip tint which I take off with an oil cleanser and I use this on days I wear nothing or after a workout. This gives me an clean feeling without being stripped (hard to come by). Definitely would repurchase and recommend!

I have sensitive skin that is also quite oily. I tried Phace Bioactive after the suggestion from a friend. I’ve been using it twice a day for over a week. The skin on my face feels better and I think it’s noticeably clearer.

Previous bottles contained the pH level and now the newer ones do not. I emailed the company directly to find out what the pH level was and not only did it take them 3 weeks to reply but they basically said they cant release that information but to just "trust" that its pH balanced - I found that very peculiar considering a lot of brands right now (Glossier, The Ordinary, Earth Science Naturals, to name a few) advertise pH levels for customers who want to stay informed. Transparency is important, especially for a facial cleanser that costs almost $50! In terms of performance, it is completely mediocre. For its price you can purchase 4 - 5 other low pH cleansers on the market. Steer clear from this brand.

This product is amazing. My skin is in pretty good condition attributed to good genes and maintenance. However, I was plagued with dryness, dark spots, blackheads Now, all are completely gone or diminished considerably. My skin tone is smooth, even and bright, which allows my anti aging routine to become even more effective. I use twice daily. I'm so very pleased with results. One 4.2 oz bottle lasts about 90 days. I just ordered my second bottle. Note: product is not foamy or sudsy.

This product has worked exceptionally well for me my skin is cleaner and brighter and a lot less blemishes I highly recommend it !!!!

My favorite face wash ever, and I have tried a zillion at all different price points. I usually don't like non-foaming cleansers because I don't feel like they rinse cleanly. This wash doesn't foam, but feels nice and doesn't leave any greasy residue. It rinses away and leaves skin soft, without feeling like any product is left behind. Not cheap, but lasts a long time and is worth it.
