First bow arrived broken, (I think poor packaging.) It was replaced almost immediately, unbroken, with no questions. (Same packaging.) ??? Good transaction; would recommend.

Bow strings cut. Cannot use.
When I opened the plastic insert that contained the bow, the horsehair was cut into an inch above the frog. Cannot use!
