Espresso Parts Barista Basics 5X12 Tamping Mat

This is a great heavy and thick pad

I bought this when I bought my Breville Barista Pro… makes tamping the puck soft on the counter and is very durable. It cleans just by running under water and drying it off!

Item is as you expect. Keeps things tidy by holding - WDT, Portafilter, Tamper, Dosing Funnel and Brush. No problem tamping directly on the mat and easy to clean as it holds the spilled coffee grinds.

Works great for the limited space in my coffee bar and is showing no wear from being used every day.

Could be a little larger but does the job. Rubber could be a bit more tacky on the bottom.

I use this as a "runner" to set my Ascaso iSteel grinder on, it fits perfectly leave a small rectangle exposed at the front to still use for tamping. Highly recommended.

It's thick so it protects your working area and provides enough resistance/feedback needed to tamp your puck with the right pressure.

Works great. And just so happens to fit perfectly on top of our espresso machine.
