COWON Plenue Leather case for P1/PM

I never got a case with my P1, so having a case is a whole new experience. I love it! Fit and finish are excellent.

Beautiful lather case excellent love it

Hello,This jacket is elegant and the PLENUE M fits perfectly into it.The good news is: This leather case is really slim. I have the feeling the entire package is not much bigger than the device as such - it really doesn't make the M more bulky. All buttons and plug-ins can be reached. There is even enough space for a bigger 3,5mm jack. all parts are perfectly sewn.The not so good news: This jacket feels a bit cheap - at least for my taste. The leather as such is fine and feels well but all sides are so thin that it just feels like a paper made cardboard box surrounded/wrapped with leather. The leather as such seems to be very thin as well. I know this from the original COWON leather case of my J3. After two years it started to break on some edges just by opening/closing the case. Furthermore I could detect some minor left overs of the glue on the left hand side (lower left corner, power on/off side of the player). Another thing is the incorrect position of the magnet. When the case is closed the lid is positioned a big backwards compared to the upper front edge of the case (maybe 2mm difference). This leads into the effect that the lid is lifted a bit upwards on the other side of the case where the on/off button of the device is located.Note: The colour shown on the pics matches the real colour pretty well.Overall: a really elegant and not bulky leather case but it feels somewhat cheap and therefore it is - for my taste - a bit too pricy for what it delivers.Cheers, Rounder6(copy/paste of my review published at amazon.co.uk)

Elegant classy case, albeit rather expensive for what it is. Bought this for my COWON Plenue 1. It's a perfect fit for the Plenue 1 and indeed I prefer this case to the thicker dark brown original supplied with the DAP.A classy case for a classy player - winner! Still giving it 5 despite it being overpriced. Recommend if price not a factor.

Se ajusta al Cowon P1 como un guante. No es una funda muy gruesa y engorrosa. Cumple pues perfectamente su función.Tacto muy agradable.

Fait pour protéger votre Plenue P1 et en particulier son superbe écran, cet étui vous sera utile. Je regrette juste que l'offre de couleur ne soit pas pas plus riche. Le matériau utilisé (cuir) est de bonne qualité et ne semble pas devoir donner trop rapidement de signes d'usure. Les dimensions sont respectées. Un petit aimant caché sous la doublure vous assure que le volet de protection de l'écran restera en place y compris dans un sac.
