Nice furniture, small compartment, doesnt lock
The end table is well constructed, was packaged very well and arrived undamaged.It looks good in our living room and is the correct height for beside the couch.I laid out the 8.5x8.5 compartment so knew how small it is. The design of the table seems it could have provided a larger compartment.It does NOT include the magnetic lock so the top slides a bit too easily to reveal the hidden compartment.As noted elsewhere it is not advantageous to have the packaging include "conclealed compartment" in large letters for all to see during delivery. A larger compartment and a magnetic lock would have resulted in a five star rating.

Exactly as pictured but I was delivered damaged goods
Item is as pictured but my item was damaged. (See pics) I would have given this five stars even with the price but being Im having to repair the item myself I took a few stars away. I wished this came in in damaged bc I would love it! There was no assembly (other than my repair to the damage) and it is a beautiful piece of furniture. The concealment is completely unnoticeable.

Great end table if a bit loose on secret compartment
Table looks great! The top 'secret compartment' is pretty loose but can be corrected as others have suggested with felt. We just use a cover on the top with a bit of cloth tucked into the compartment. No one has noticed the compartment. I would buy again.
