Great Balloon’s-Don’t pay attention to negative reviews
First off I want to say these are so pretty, the negative reviews are because people didn’t read the directions. The balloons are much bigger than the 6” people complained about, when you start to fill them up they do look like they are full at the 6” but keep filling them, they expand much bigger. The lights DO NOT go on the inside of the balloon, they wrap around the outside and it’s the copper wire so I just twisted the wire to get them to stay on the balloon which is a beach ball type material. Also once the balloon is inflated you have to twist the opening and then tie, otherwise it will leak air. The glue sticky dots are for the battery pack to stick it to the wall or near wherever the balloons are going, not to attach the wire to the balloons. The battery packs only take 2 AA each so I needed 12 total batteries. I saw one review that said each balloon takes 4 batteries and that is not true. The only downfall is the size of the battery pack and also I filled mine with helium and once I added the wire it was too heavy. But I’m thinking I may have been able to fill them even more and then they probably would have floated and been slightly bigger. Overall these are beautiful and the lights and balloons can be reused.

Tiny, Fragile & Didn’t work for me
Read the description carefully. I was pretty excited about these balloons because they looked fun in the picture. I figured a picture was worth ordering them and didn’t check out the description. I received tiny plastic balloon shaped plastics, just about 5 or 6 inches across. A harder plastic like what some pool floats are made of but without a plug. The end of the balloon was difficult to tie off. They came with string lights which were the only part I used, but you have to stick them with glue dots to the little balloons. Also these balloons won’t tolerate helium, they popped no matter how conservatively I blew them up. So long story short, I was disappointed and though that is my fault, I won’t be ordering them again.

Lights up your life.
The string lights are great for multi use. The balloons themselves are ok. They do not float when filled with a bit It yourself helium tank. I'm sure they would float with comercial helium. They are very pretty and durable.

Great 3 level controller but the balloons are smaller!
The media could not be loaded. I bought these Bobo balloons from two manufacturers to see if there's a difference... there is! The Youyue starting size is much smaller than the other manufacturer. It was harder to inflate the Youyue balloon to a size large enough where it could float. It requires bursting a balloon to determine how large it can go. My initial attempt without bursting shows the competitor's balloon (floating) vs Youyue (on table). I was eventually able to inflate the Youyue balloon to a large enough size to float (13"-14") but this required multiple stretching of the balloon (X and Y), very slow inflation, and crossing your fingers. I don't think 20" as stated in the ad is credible. Youyue's 3-level controller is definitely better than some of the other ON/OFF only units.Tips:1) Buy more balloons than you need! You will invariably pop one or two during inflation to find the maximum size.2) Don't forget to stretch the balloon in the X and Y direction (maximum effort... grunting is good). Inflate slowly with the helium tank to give it a chance to stretch under inflation. Tie the knot as close to the balloon as possible to keep the wire strands taut.3) Take your time uncoiling the wire strands to avoid kinks. Smooth and straighten the wires with your thumb and forefinger. Check that the strand is operational (insert batteries).4) Wrap the starting end around the knot (I find two wraps are sufficient) and start winding the strand around your balloon (I use the balloon seam as a guide). Two more wraps around the knot and you can start the 2nd winding perpendicular to the 1st. You will only have enough wire for two windings if the balloon is large enough to float. Finish up with three wraps. It's likely that the wire stands will loosen over time from balloon shrinkage (helium leakage but also cooler ambient temp) and will require re-wrapping to keep it taut. Reusing balloons and strands is perfectly doable (the used balloons may be easier to inflate to a larger size!). Don't forget to turn off the helium tank hard nozzle... the nipple nozzle will leak slowly.

Picture is deceiving
The lights are not attached to the balloon. They are firefly lights attached to a wire that if not careful pops the balloons. The balloons are thick vinyl and dont blow up round they are lop sided no matter what you use or how much to pull and tug at them. Not worth it unless you want a clear lop sided balloon.

Good buy
Good value for the price. Not hard to use I just didn’t put enough helium the first time so it didn’t rise. Really cool balloons, kids loved them. The lights were pretty bright as well. Gave 4 starts only because we had to adjust some of them so they worked but other than that I have no complaints.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
These balloons were so beautiful. I received so many compliments. Here's the thing: Many people are saying that these balloons are small, they are not small. These people simply did not keep putting helium into the balloons. These balloons expand so much and most people stop once the balloon gets to about the size of a small melon. The balloons are supposed to get to the size of a large beach ball then you are supposed to tie the lights to the knot and wrap the lights around the outside of the balloon. So if you are thinking about getting these, please do. I highly recommend and will be purchasing again! Please also be aware that batteries are NOT included.

Disappointed
Frustrating and a waste of time and money. Balloons do not easily inflate with helium not do they stay inflated. Lights do not stay on and the battery pack is to heavy for the balloons to float. The string of lights are cute and will use them for other things.
