My 2 year who is bilingual absolutely loves this book. It's his favorite and he wants me to read it several times a day. The story is a bit lengthy but he doesn't get bored. Some of the spanish is very formal and not really how we talk everyday so we do change it when reading to him to make it more casual.

I love being able to read the Spanish and English text to my daughter as we are both currently learning Spanish. The story wasn't my favorite, but it must be appealing to children because it's been the first book my daughter has grabbed to read for the past two weeks.
