Delicious fishy fishy
It was a little disconcerting at first to find that these were whole flattened fish, less the heads. They are real fish jerky. Very chewy with crispy tail and fin. They are extremely fishy, but delicious. I can't wait to use a few to enhance my seafood stock. Even though they are simply dried fish and salt, they're very slightly sweet. It must be the natural flavor of the fish. I prefer to skip the little intestine line because it can get gritty. If you like fishy flavors, you'll love these. Very tasty, perfectly dried and salted.

Overpriced and mediocre product.
That's an ok dry fish, deserves 3 stars for the taste, but the price makes this purchase absurd. Go to a local Russian store to get some real stuff and don't make same mistake I did.
