I’m going to try cutting it off and letting it reset hopefully that works.Update: I’ve had this for a little over a month and it’s a good dispenser the sensor is very sensitive but I haven’t had major issues since the initial snafu.Update December 2020: stopped worked 7 months in tried replacing batteries but no soap will come out. Would not buy again

This is a good automatic soap dispenser, the size of the dispenser is good, it can hold a lot of soap, it is also a great and convenient soap dispenserI've also found that foam hand works very well!The quality is so good that I can put it in front of my house and use it as a hand dispenser so I can make sure everyone gets clean, virus-free hands.I can adjust the amount of disinfectant used each time, and the detection is very sensitive, so when your hand is between the nozzle and the sensor, it will distribute the disinfectant.I suggest to buy, the effect is very good!

I bought this auto soap dispenser for my bathroom, it works great ! Love you can control if you want to dispense more or less. I wash my hands a lot everyday, its really convenient and hygienic . I am going to buy another one formy kitchen.

I bought this because i saw at my friends house and like the shape,color, it is much better then the traditional soapdispensers. only need put hand close, you don't have to touch it so more hygiene. also the soap liquid into a form,that is why can soap saving.it is easy to fill and easy to change the batterirs. so it was really worth it.

This product beat my imagination. It worked for both the hands soap in our bathroom and as hands sanitizer at the entrance of the church. We used 70% alcohol sanitizer not the gel. It worked well with regular hands soap as well. Not the gel. The battery shut off by itself as well while it start automatically when you place you hands under it. So nice. So easy to install on the wall as well.

Bought four for my office, one never worked and within 6 weeks others failed to work. Very disappointed. Also disappointed by sellers failure to refund the three that initially worked after refunding the one that never worked. I am a doctor and wanted to use them for patient convenience and safety. Bought WRONG product. Seller unresponsive.

whenever I have to turn the device off/on, the button doesn't work. I have to press hard to get it to turn off/on, and adjust the soap amount. It is also noisy but I can deal with that if only the button power would worked.

Prodotto con estetica accattivante, ben rifinito, comando a display, contenitore capiente, buona stabilita'PECCATO CHE NON FUNZIONA.Ho pulito pompa e condotti, cambiato 4 tipi di sapone.....adesso BASTA !!!Domani lo butto nel secco.
