Love this Pilates machine! Easy to get a total body workout. Takes up much less room than other Pilate machines. This is my third Pilate machine. It is narrower than full size machine but that helps make it easier to store. ( If your a larger person the board may be a little narrow for you! ) Very easy to transfer from arm to leg workouts. Little wheels make it easier to move. Read some reviews and was a little worried about the machine but no need to be after I got it. I think it’s the easiest Pilates machine I’ve ever had to manipulate. I’m 5’7”and the machine works fine for my height. Very happy with it.

We love this for active recovery days. My husband and I usually do weight training, but this is still challenging. The only complaint we’ve had is the strength training DVD with Gaut. We’ve already bought it! Stop trying to sell it when we’re just trying to focus and get a workout done! Also, he really loves the sound of his own voice to the expense of having no idea how many reps he’s trying to tell you to do. “A full 20” then starts talking about things that do not really contribute or help you and you end up doing 30+ reps on one leg and 25 on the other. We started counting our own reps because he was too busy yapping.

This is my first Pilates machine and first time doing Pilates with a machine. I did a lot of research on home machines and found this one to be a great machine, especially for the cost. I'm really enjoying the work out it provides. It's easy to change resistance and to elevate the machine for maximum resistance. I've figured out that if I do arm work with just one cord I need to use the #2 cord. The #1 cord doesn't provide enough resistance for the machine to return to the starting position. I'm only 5'7" but I have to keep the foot bar angled out so that I can push myself out to full length on leg exercises. The cords and glide board are very smooth, and only feel 'jerky' on a few specific exercises.The machine is easy to put away, either on it's side or laying flat, out of the way. It does not fold up.

Great product. Works almost as good as the expensive reformers. Worth every penny.

I had mine sent to MYSELF for my deployment and they delivered! I've used this style and make of reformer in a studio in which the instructor didn't have much space, and had good results. Maybe one day I'll move up to the Merrithew Reformer, however in the meantime. The PPG Reformer is half the size of a traditional reformer and great for small/little/tight spaces.
