I am 5'4", 185 lbs., 44" bust, 37" waist, 44" hips, a 36H, and usually opt for an L in shapewear. I got an XL and L in these in the cafe au lait color, and it fit great everywhere for the most part. The XL was the better size. The color was great for the semi-tan white skin I have; most colors are so pale that they show through which these didn't. My only issues were that it is a little long for my torso (came right up to the base of my boobs) which caused it to roll down, and it almost felt like tearing when pulling them up and down. The nice thing is that the torso being too long was basically remedied by adjusting it to not be pulled up as high, and this didn't cause it to wrinkle at all. Highly recommend!!

These shorts are what I've been looking for for a while! I'm a curvy, tall woman (big booty, big thighs) and I often have trouble finding shapewear that shows off my natural shape while doing just enough smoothing & flattening for my own self-confidence. These hit right at my natural waist, pulling it slightly, and smooths out my hips and lower pooch perfectly. I love the length of the shorts, they are just long enough to prevent chub rub if I end up walking a lot, without being so long that you can see them under a mini dress. I will say, they occasionally roll down slightly at the waist, but I haven't had an issue with it so far. I rarely wear shapewear, only under a few tight dresses, but I bet I will be wearing these pretty often. I feel confident & comfortable in them. Definitely recommend.

These offer great support/hold and don’t seem to roll up the leg. However, the upper portion is super easy to rip.

It's more compression than you would expect for the thickness, which I appreciate as I'm sensitive to overheating. No double panels and such. Soft and stretchy. I don't know why but this ran really small for me -- I'm a Small on the Spanx size chart but even sizing up twice to size L the waistband cuts in and rolls down whenever I bend. Seems like an unavoidable effect of 1. no grips/silicone on a thin waistband, and 2. the position on my lower ribs will make it slip under them when I move by rolling downIt's the cheapest high-compression option from Spanx. Would be great if they offered a wider waistband with silicone grips. Of all the different compression levels and styles of shorts Spanx offers, this is literally the only one I've come across that has no silicone grips on the waist...I appreciate the lack of double gusset. That was super uncomfortable for me, maybe because I'm transmasc and use T.I also tried Oncore but the thick bonded panels + double gusset were super uncomfortable and I quickly overheated.

I was trying these on for the first time and they seemed to fit well, but when I tried to pull them up higher they tore at the seam leaving a huge hole in the crotch. clearly not made to last.

Made of good quality! Came in fast! Looks just like the Pic! I'm 5'6" 160lbs and the medium really works for me! Highly recommend!

You can't go wrong with spanx. Size followed the chart. Does not roll. Thick material.

The liked the fabric, its thin/breathable, comfortable and compresses well. I have other spanx shorts from years ago that I love, still in great condition, very durable so I thought I was getting the same quality on these and willing to pay a higher price, but it was a huge disappointment to see that after 3 uses, it tore and kept tearing..I can't even sew it now. I purchased the correct size, but lost my money...definitely not buying spank again, they lost my loyalty. Too overpriced for poor quality!
