Premium Non Slip Rug Pad, 2X4

I used this item for an alternate purpose. I got a new mattress and frame for it to sit on, but the wooden slats on the frame were quite slick and the mattress would slowly slide. I found it quite annoying that my mattress would slide away from the headboard just far enough for my pillow to slip into the space in between at night.I needed an anti-slip mat! I searched for the right size mat and one that would fit my needs, and found this excellent Premium Non-Slip Rug Pad! It was the right size to not stick out from under my mattress. It was the right kind of material, and it works great! My mattress has not budged at all since I installed it almost 2 months ago now! I used to have to push my mattress back into position every other day before I started using this excellent non-slip mat!This Non-Slip Rug Pad is great and works wonderfully! And it can be cut down to size if needed!

I really wanted to love this product. I chose it because I believed it would be more effective than some of the less expensive non slip rug pads, but it is not. Plus, the pad is hard to lay flat and has resulted in some bunching which is creating lumps under my rug. Bottom line, if you are looking for padding, go for the felt pads. If you want non stick, don't waste your money on this pricey product.

The media could not be loaded.  I particularly don't like rug pads with odor. Many pads I tried had chemical odor and I had to leave them in the garage for a week. I tried this product and found it did not have much odor even when I opened the package. Actually it smelled fresh out of package. I liked it right away. When I felt it, I felt it was rather thick. That gives a sense of quality, unlike some flimsy stuff that I tried before, which I returned right away. I used it under a small rug (on tile) and a big rug (on hard wood floor). The non slip rug pad, just as its name suggests, held them in place. I am so pleased with its excellent performance and will definitely buy more for other areas in my house. It will be a life saver especially thinking that my 6mo baby will be crawling soon. I will need more for the play area. LOVING IT ...

This is a great rug pad. It in thin, yet my rug doesn't budge at all. I like that the rug still lays flat on the wood floor. I would happily give this pad 5 stars....except! When I opened this pad there was a tear in the pad, just a small hole. I wanted to use it, hopefully the hole/tear will not affect the life of the pad. It wasn't worth the hassle to return the pad. But, not receiving my pad in perfect condition...I am, sadly, unable to give the product the 5 stars it deserves.

I agree with other reviewers. The chemically-smell is so strong it will make your eyes water. It also left sticky marks on my floor even though I only put it down for a few minutes to try it out.

It's thin and flimsy. Could be a bit thicker.

This thing is big, and can easily be cut or torn to size. I’ve recommended it to family who have a slippery rug as well. We use it on an area rug in our living room. It refuses to budge unless we put a lot of effort into it.It’s basically an oversized mat like you can get for your kitchen cabinets.If you have any left over, use it on desks or tables to keep your writing pads, checkbooks, phones, etc. from slipping on smooth surfaces. I use the leftovers for writing on legal pads all the time.

I LOVE this pad. The rug was on ceramic tile and needed to be fixed in place as well as feel more cushioned. This pad was both but also fit the size of the rug perfectly. There was no older that others described although I lit a flavored candle based on other people's comments. I spent a long time picking it out reading descriptions and reviews of all different pads. I think some descriptions over rate the benefits of their product because the reviews do not match the glowing descriptions. In the case of this pad, reviews are not glowing enough. Because of all three -- the cushion, size fit and non-slip-- this is one of the best products I've bought on Amazon.
