This thing broke after a month. I purchased it late January and had to wait for a plumber to install the supply line. I paid for unit and a plumber just to fill ice trays the old fashion way... now, I can't even get the insurance company to honor the contract bc it is under 1 year old....

Bought this on a whim. There were no reviews but decided to go with an underdog. 1st machine came and had problems with it. I contacted them, they were fantastic and helped me troubleshoot the machine(water pump went out) before I could run out of the gallon bag of ice i froze, another one was at my door.I recommend buying a pump for the 5 gallon "sparklets" bottle or connect it to a water source(we cant because our water is too hard and probably would destroy it) to have auto fill because it is awkward to fill the water reservoir. As ice cubes melt, water goes into the reservoir and recirculate to make ice again therefore very little loss of water.Absolutely love it, works amazing but is loud when the ice cubes fall. We have ours on our lanai and can hear it through closed windows.I don't detect any "odd" taste and the ice cubes(on small) are partial bullet shape which is perfect for any drinking vessel.Every once in a while ice cubes will drop from the Dispenser but I attribute that to the warm weather here.If you are looking for a great water/ice dispenser and have space(its rather large), this is definitely a product worth trying.Photos are with a 16.9 ounce water bottle and excuse the "Nitto" film. I haven't bothered to remove it yet.

My main problem is that their instruction manual is really lacking. There is a control panel that has a timing mechanism in it and nowhere in that instruction book does it explain how to set the timer still trying to figure it out. Also, could not find where the manufacturer was located to call and get customer support. The machine looks beautiful but it's taking too much time to figure out by trial and error.

I bought this specifically to have a water line connection, which it does have however, all it does is fill the tank. The problems with this unit all center around the pumps that are used to pump water from the tank to the ice maker unit. Eliminate those pumps and you have a good unit. As far as it's ability to make and dispense ice it has no problem.

This machine is junk. From day 1 it leaked out the bottom. It wasn't bad just an annoyance. I've had it less than 2 months and it has stopped working completely. I have done everything the internet has suggested and its still dead. Seller should be ashamed at selling junk

Unboxed. Cleaned per instructions. Turned on. Error code E3. No resolution in manual. No phone number. No way to resolve. Currently function is simply taking up space on the counter. Extremely dissappointed. No way to contact support for akitchen/restaurant appliance?! Absurd.
