The first one didn't work at all but was rapidly replaced by Amazon. The main draw back is that the light comes on after the switch is released not when depressed inducing a lag that could be costly in a self defense situation. It also does not use standard batteries.

This was our second flashlight of the same type. EXCELLENT product, superior flashlight! What we love about it is the ultra-solid and durable design. You can't break this flashlight. The brightness of the beam is of course a great feature. We liked the first flashlight so much, we wanted to keep another one handy in a different spot in the house. Next, we plan to get a couple for our vehicles. Used in combat and police work.

Light was dead on arrival. I changed 3 sets of batteries. Checked all contact points. Nothing. Nada. Zero. Zip.Refunded by Amazon.
