Amazing Stuff
Amazing stuff. I was not sure what to expect when I got this but had heard enoug good things about white coffee that I decided to give it a try. First it does not look like coffee, it looks more like tea. It does not have that strong bitter coffee taste. Straight it tasted like nutty or potato taste. I mixed it with Stevia and it had a different taste, but a good taste. The stuff is delicious and carries a powerful caffeine kick. If you like strong coffee but hate the bitter taste of coffee, this may be a great alternative.

Clumpy
I really like the taste of white coffee and this holds that. It's a very nutty taste. But it is very unevenly ground and I found myself having to regrind it. It's also difficult to find a good way to prepare it to make it strong enough as it is very weak, even for white coffee.

Mild Flavored Nutty Drink
Pls Keep In Mind This is my FIRST time drinking White Coffee:::: Observations:: (1)This does NOT taste like coffee (2) the grounds are a bit course (3) color of end result is not white, is translucent somewhat a light tan or discolored beige hueMy boss and a friend had raved about white coffee, so I wanted to try it. It was an adjustment for me. I put 4 cups water in automatic drip machine w/4 Tbs coffee. Hence taste wasn't suitable, just kind of hazlenutty but weak, no coffee flavor. Then I grinded the coffee grounds, thinking that would help and did same process. No difference in taste. SO I decided to combine with my FAV coffee, French Market (w/Chicory) 2 Tbs each and, added Stone Cold Sweet Creamer to taste AND it taste better. But then again I LOVE French Market/Chicory with anything ;o)Overall, this white coffee is a mild flavored nutty drink (no acid or bad aftertaste). So if you like hazelnuts, this is your drink. Actually because of strength, don't even need to use a creamer.UPDATE: Used it in percolator but still not overwhelmed. I think it's an acquired taste ;o)

Dutch Brothers style pick me up without the Dutch Brothers
I was looking for a white coffee knowing that it has more caffeine for those times that regular pot of coffee just isn't enough. When you're nocturnal but the world makes you have to function sometimes early in the morning you may need some extra energy than what regular coffee will do and this is a perfect way to go. The only possible downside is that it's much larger granulates than some of the other white coffee I have purchased before. So I know that it says it's meant for an espresso machine all white coffees are going to say that but you usually can put them in a regular drip coffee maker, this one works all right that way I found it works better to put it in my moka pot and Brew it as if you are brewing single shots of espresso. And then you can pour however much of that you would like into your regular pot or cup of coffee. The flavor is pretty much the same as any I have tried before it has kind of that nutty peanut taste. All in all just fine and the fact that I could even purchase it with food stamps being that I'm low income was even better because some of the white coffee I have found out there was quite expensive this really wasn't even if I hadn't been able to purchase it with food stamps. So this was definitely a win and will purchase again.

Coffee grounds are BIG and need to be ground A LOT to work with almost any espresso maker!
This white coffee is comparable to most of the others in the taste department, but unless you own a coffee bean grinder you will never get the true taste! The consistency of the coffee right from the bag, when you first open it, is way to big! It would not work in an espresso machine or even my stovetop espresso maker, which usually is a less fine grind, than the machines use. I don't want to sound gross, but before I used my electric coffee bean grinder, the consistency of the coffee reminded me of kitty litter! You will most likely have to grind the whole 2lb bag in order to get it to work with almost all espresso makers..whether machine, stovetop, coffee press, etc. When I tried to make some, before grinding it finer, it was extremely weak and had absolutely none of the white coffee flavor which I am now addicted to. After I ground it MUCH finer, I was able to taste a product that I recognized as white coffee!I will not purchase this again only for the fact that I don't want to have to deal with the extra step of grinding it on a daily basis! There are other products out there of better quality and that are already ground to the perfect consistency!
