Kiefer Ankle Weights - Wrist Weights

Superb quality. These ankle weights are not filled with sand like the cheap versions. It is filled some tiny metallic beaded material that doesn't absorb water. ( I haven't put a magnet to it to see if it's ferrous metal). The stitching is Impeccable and the plastic clips work beautifully. Great product and I know they will last a long time.

These are nicely made and I expect them to last for a while. I do rinse them off after getting out of pool.

Great water accessory. They last about 1 year with usage of approximately 4X a week.

I use these for extra weight while walking and swimming. They have held up very well.

Thought each weight was going to be 7.5 lbs. Not two weights at 3.75 lb each. The description wasn't real good, or maybe I just misread it. I'll still use them as I really only needed them to help with a leg surgery recovery. Just disappointed it was total combined weight. Quality looking product though.

The strap adjusts nicely to fit different size ankles. May not be obvious how do adjust it, but these are nice, comfortable weights.

wore as a belt. LOVE it!! Really made it more difficult to work out in deep end of pool. Just what I was looking for.
