Ordered a set of toner for my Samsung Printer and couldn't be happier with this purchase. The order was shipped quickly and packaged securely. I opened the boxes of toner, followed the instructions, removed the protective wrapping and installed these quality cartridges. The toner cartridges were recognized by the printer and produced clean printed output. Worked 1st time, no problem, easy process. Included with my order was a Thank-You letter from Clever Supplies. Seem to work as well as factory. What I really love is that they have lots of color only. Blacks always seem to last longer so having extra in colors is great. Every other set includes black and I already have 4 blacks in stock left over.

I was a bit skeptical before ordering but I'm glad I did. All the toners work great with my samsung xpress c410w. Will definitely be buying again when my toners run low.

These toners work well with our Canon printer. I think they are a great value for the money spent!

First off, I've been working with computer systems since 1981, so I'm not a noobie at this stuff. I ordered a yellow cartridge to replace the original in my Samsung printer. After following all recommended preparations, the initial printouts had a wide band down the middle where almost no yellow was being applied. I repeated the side to side tipping prep and reinstalled it. Eventually, the color evened out to some extent, but the intensity did not match identical printouts done previously when the Samsung cartridge was functioning. I was forced to try making color intensity adjustments with photoshop, attempting to matching those earlier printouts. Aside from my dissatisfaction with the cartridge itself, the company promised to send me another "free" cartridge "immediately", just because they were so glad to have me as a customer. I submitted the numbers from stickers on the cartridge and my Amazon order number as they requested. After a month ... nothing. I emailed again asking about the "immediately" they promised, and still have no response after 2 weeks. I have just reordered another replacement cartridge from a different company.
