Item was opened and used/refurbished- did not work! Returning.
Item came opened/used in old, beat-up/torn box. I checked description again, to make sure I didn't overlook "used" or "refurbished" and I still did not see it. If it is written in there, it is written so as to not be obvious to buyer. I then immediately plugged it in, to see if it worked, and I was not surprised that it did not work. This is my first time returning an item to Amazon. I was very disappointed that I have to return this because I was very much looking forward to using it.

not worth the buy
Product doesn't close well so your hair tends to fall out of it without straighten it. Design placement of the on/off button is in a horrible place.

Piece of shit do not buy
I dislike everything about this product. It does not straighten or curl my hair. This is a guaranteed piece of shit that I hope no one else spends their hard earned money on. Very disappointed and was not worth $20 it's not even worth $1

Used not new
Very disappointed. Item came in used. Said it was brand new. The protective sleeve was dirty, the cord was hanging out if it's box and there are scratches all over the straightener.

Don’t waste your money
If I could give less than 1 star I would.. the plates don’t sit close enough together to curl or straighten your hair.. my straightener looked used it had scratches and the markings were rubbed away.
