Decent product but I cant give it 5 stars because it lasted 2 months before dying, however the seller gets 5 stars because they handled the issue.

Somewhat satisfied and somewhat satisfied. I ordered this kit along with a mh 400w bulb originally. Everything worked at first. I ordered another same exact kit and a few days later it came however the bulb was damaged on delivery. Most likely the shipping carriers fault. I contacted their customer service department because i needed the broken hps bulb replaced, as well as the MH bulb which had already blown out within one week! I described the situation in full detailed email and they seemed to be on top of it, had me take picture of broken hps bulb and offered to replace that along with the mh bulb. I offered to return both defective bulbs and they said not necessary. I waited patiently about a week before re contacting them to find out about tracking for replacement bulbs. They returned the email with tracking #, and it arrived 2 days later. The package arrived with 1 400w hps bulb, and the MH bulb was not included. The new hps bulb works, however im just into the vegetative stage and really wanted the combined power of both 400w bulbs for the space i have. Now i am struggling to keep the plants alive and didn't bother contacting them back because I feel that customer service needs to focus on fixing the problem the first time, because when things aren't done properly it causes more work for everybody. When a company lets me down on customer service terms, i don't bother complainig, i just move on to doing business with another company going forward.If the bulbs were of higher quality and customer service had followed up pn their own word, i would have given them 5 stars.

great product, been using it 24/0 for about month and electricity bill only went up 12 dollars. yours may vary

Product does not work and both lights arrived broken this is complete garbage and customer care is bulls*** don't buy this product ever!!!!
