Great everyday detox
I love this tea. I have been using this brand for years, and whenever I run out and have to use another kind of detox tea, I am always happy to get back on this brand. You do need to rotate 1 and 2 every 30 days, as the instructions state, or it simply isn't very effective after a while. And there are differnt flavors to keep it interesting.
