Apply blooming gel then use a little rubbing alcohol or a small amount of nail polish remover don’t over wt it or you not get the effect you want keep adding more blooming gel and a little of the other solution I’ve mention until you are happy with marble effect or any other design you want to do just needs a little practice remember less is more

So, it does come with detailed instructions so you don't need to worry about anything. I only used it on top of gel & semipermanent polish that dry in a lamp (sealed with a layer of transparent top that also dries in the lamp), but the product is top quality and it will give you amazing results/classy nails. I highly recommend it and also the seller is very responsive (hope it's helpful) 👍🔝❤️

It dries pretty quick I found it was dry within a few seconds it’s an ink so it’s yes it dries quickly hope this helps

Q: Can I use this on my actual nails (not acrylic stick ons)?

Typically you would use this with a UV light. It will not work unless it is cured
