You get what you pay for.
There is a lot for your money. Happy birthday banner does not come prestrung and mine was missing a Y to complete spelling it out. Banner was packed so that corners of dinasour were bent. Not going to be able to use the banner due to missing piece.

Almost perfect!
So I think the entire thing was awesome except it is advertised as having 50 balloons & it only had 25 we were still able to make a cute ballon arrangement, but that was the only issue about it. Everything else was great!

Everything you need.
My son's birthday was over a week ago and just started popping the balloons to air them down. Pack came with everything including sticky dots and arch tape however, I had my own arch maker that was connected to the table. Highly recommend.
