I have two of these. First one is in the jeep. Mistake I made, I do not touch that suction cup to glass right out of the box. It will not come back off, so you’d better like it where it is. The other I. Use in my semi, both are very sturdy. The screws will come loose, if they do put lock tight on them, they won’t come back out again. Though I do need another suction cup for the one in the semi, it slowly gets eaten up over time and looses suction.

I've had this in my prius (very angled windshield) for more than a year. I park outside. This never lets me down. I've had other mounts that are just junk, and some that are "pretty good." Pretty good always broke. This is rock solid and shows no stopping.Of note...to the people who may be concerned about having to unscrew a phone...you do, but it only takes about 1 turn of the knob to loosen your phone enough to let it be pulled out, and when you need to put your phone in, you can slip it up into the mount and the phone will stay so you can use 1 hand to tighten it.Finally, one thing I love about this style I never anticipated was being able to "grab" the top inch or bottom inch of your phone. This lets you negotiate around the side volume buttons and mount the suction cup/arm assembly higher up and more behind your rear view mirror to give your a clear windshield.We own 2....buying a 3rd for the van.

WORTH THE PRICE!I’ve gone through so many similar phone mounts that have been plastic and rickety or just bad looking.This mount fixes all of that-full metal and doesn’t move and inch while you’re driving or if something bumps it.Suction cup is very strong AND adjustable to grip tighter. Really nice design.Only thing I would add is some option to get a longer arm. I ordered two one for my truck one for my van. Truck window is perfect but the van window is weirdly shaped and could use an extended arm

UPDATE: I emailed customer support again about a month ago as they do not have a phone number. Never received a response. This company does not care about their customers. I'll chalk this up as an expensive loss.------------------------------------------------------Just like the experience from other reviewers, the stickiness from the suction cup diminishes over a short period of time rendering the mount completely useless. Which is a shame as the rest of the functionality of the mount is really great. Now it's a paper weight taking up space in my car because I am just past the return window with amazon. It was very sticky at first and worked great. Then a couple of weeks later when I was leaving for work, I found the mount on the floor of the car. I thought I hadnt installed it right so I proceeded to clean the glass with alcohol and let it air dry. I placed the mount on the front windshield and made sure to adjust the lock lever for maximum suction and adhesion before locking it down. It fell of again only a few days later and would no longer stay up for very long. This seems like an issue that will eventually happen to all of these mounts.Please be aware that Bracketron does not have a contact phone number. They only have a messaging option on their website. I have sent a message but have not received a response. Not even an aknowledgement of my message. This company does not seem to care about support for their product or customer service.I highly recommend for buyers not to give this business their hard earned money. High product quality and great customer service is expected from such a premium priced product but doesn't deliver on both points and $70 is a lot to give this business.

Well made if you want to keep your phone in a fix aria. But to take the phone in and out more than few times it’s time consuming. Overall I love mine. It is all strong aluminum and have in mind if you have an accident this item will cause a lot of damage if it hits you or any other passenger

I just installed it on my 2015 Ford Escape with a slightly curved winshield, and it won't budge I have to spend time to get it off if I want to remove it which is a good thing.It's large enough to fit a 10" tablet, and can be small enough to fit larger phones(6 inch screens plus)Would fit the larger iPhones, and Galaxy phones with cases no problem.The whole product is strong aluminum.Highly recommend if you're serious about purchasing a mount that won't let you down.Also recommend that you WD40 the threads on the screws when first purchasing for an even smoother experience.

Mine fell off after about a month or so but the product itself is superfly baller! absolutely well made. 2nd attempt to install….All I had layin around was brake clean… I know! But with the devils sauce It stuck to the window like the pages of your favorite reading material. Also the first time I installed I hade to open/ lift up on the little hole in the mid of the suction cup just a tickle to excite the suck to come. poke and lift just like your doing the crowbar with the Dalai Lama as your life coach. Very strong mounting base holds my tablet in place even when I hit pot holes or very rough areas works as stated in a 18 wheeler

I used it for my Ram 1500. I dont have any complain about this product. Its a little bit pricey compared to the usual market value of a phone mount but ofcourse you get what you pay. A1 quality and the suction cant be compared to any other phone mount. I have various phone mount that i had because im not happy with the previous one until i got this.
