I got this for my best friend for her birthday. I have an Apple Watch. This galaxy actually does more! She loves it! She cried! She also works for me and is taking care of everything while I’m out for surgery, so she deserves it! This is a really good deal for this watch! She loves that she can call or voice text from her wrist like I do.

I bought this watch to give my mom peace of mind, I know it's not a medical device. Still, it provides her estimated health-related information like heart rate, stress monitor, and sleep monitor, one of the main reasons why I got this watch was because it has an emergency feature and fall detection feature which will allow me to know in the event of her falling if something happened. My other family members will be alerted as well. Overall a great watch.

Love it... best smart watch I have ever owned

I am beyond livid... I'm over 50 years old and this is the very first bad review I've ever written. Yeh, it's that bad... I have been a faithful Samsung customer for decades and this watch situation makes me want to donate all of their products and switch to other brands. My $30.00 knock-off smartwatch died after a year, I was thrilled it even lasted that long. After weeks of research, I decided on the Active 2 LTE 40mm. I needed a good dependable watch mostly for work calls and texts. I'm extremely careful with all of my belongings and have never lost, broken, or damaged any of my electronics. I received my watch on Oct 6th of 2021. I was loving all of the fun bells and whistles and was so happy with my purchase. December ( 2 months later) the screen started becoming unresponsive, crazy lines on it, wouldn't power off or on, etc. After trying the troubleshooting tips, I ended up calling customer service. After hours on the phone with them continuously repeating themselves, they finally had me ship it to their repair shop. I have never got this watch wet, except maybe damp from hand washing, but I always dabbed it with a soft cloth afterward. Lo and behold, they called me and said that it's from water damage and the one-year warranty does not cover that. Again, I only had it for 2 months & have never got it wet. Their only solutions were A-I should have purchased the extended warranty (which I reminded him he already told me this 5 times and I heard him the first time) and B-Pay $284.75 to get it repaired. I only paid $248.96 for the brand new watch. In what universe does that make sense?? They ended up sending me back my unusable watch. This is a big-ish investment and I had hoped for some semblance of a solution. Advertised as usable in shower and swimming, which I had not done either with the watch on. This was hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. How are they getting through this loophole? The watch obviously was defective or something else was wrong with it. Why should I pay more to repair it than it was to buy it? I'm no Copernicus, but this surely does not add up. So bummed..

Love the watch, battery life is awful. If you are a active person it does not do well with battery, I also wanted it for notifications and the more you use watch, battery life no good

I love the watch. Works great for what I use it for. I wanted a watch I could text and call back on. I was hesitant on buying it due to short battery life but the price was reasonable. Just need to charge it when I charge my phone. Not a big deal.
