Excellent Cycling Glasses - Don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise!
I have had these glasses for 4 years now and have worn them through about 20,000 miles of road cycling. While they are not perfect, they have a lot of positives and if mine were broken I would buy another pair without hesitation even at the higher price they are at now.I purchased these via Amazon after looking at them at a local bike shop. I would have bought them at the shop, along with so many other things if they weren't significantly more expensive there (>50% more). I had not yet discovered any super expensive glasses that I liked so these were my target. I have since also bought a pair of Oakley EV-Zero Prizm Road glasses as well. While they Oakley's look better, depending on who you ask, these Tifosi glasses are probably the better bet for most people including myself.Quick note - I see some people say the nose piece falls out. That's just not the case with mine. It is very positively retained as long as it is fully inserted. Due to the design it can look like it is fully inserted even when it isn't quite there. Put a little more pressure on it and fully seat it and you'll never have it come out of place.Pros:1. Incredibly durable. I have used these for 20,000 or more miles through extreme heat, rain, cold etc and the lenses are still crystal clear with no significant scratches. The Oakley's by comparison are worn much less frequently and I have had them for <2 years and they have some scratches. I have had some wear on the ear piece rubber covers BUT that is likely due to the accident. They were lost for multiple days in the hot sun on the side of the road. I suspect the sun damaged them in those days before I went back and found them.2. The darkening Fototec or Photochromic lenses are excellent for my use case. I tend to ride in the evenings and frequently ride past dark. These allow me to see well but avoid the pain of bugs in my eyes or wind causing them to tear up.3. Comfortable - The key to this is that they are light AND they have no upper or lower frame around the lense. That was one of the main things for me with these since it is frustrating to see the frame in your view when you're in a more aero position.Cons:1. A little bit expensive now, but this was less of an issue when I purchased them since they were much cheaper 4 years ago. Even now, for photochromic, they are a great deal. Prior to getting these I had been using clear safety glasses that were super cheap and had no visible frame. They worked fine but weren't as good in several ways.2. Ear piece rubber covers can be damaged by sun or use, not sure which. Mine have become somewhat discolored and looser than they should be, but I attribute this to laying on the side of the road for days in the hot sun.3. Nose piece does not keep the glasses in place as well as I would like. This is a complaint, but not a very significant one since my much more expensive Oakleys with their Unobtainium nose piece can't do it either. I suspect this is due to how much I sweat so your experience likely will be much better with either of these glasses.I'll try to make it a point to post a picture of my glasses with this review soon to give you some context on their durability. I can't recommend these highly enough.

Worth every penny
I bought these glasses for winter running after many runs where my eyes would just be streaming for the entire duration. Apparently very sensitive to the cold. I had my choice narrowed down to two models. I have a narrow face and I wanted glasses that had nice contour but were secure as well. I emailed Tifosi and within a couple hours they sent specs on the two models. The Podium xc's were the obvious choice as they are a little narrower. Super comfortable, lightweight and durable. AND no more streaming eyes obstructing my vision when psycho winter drivers on the verge of fishtailing rip past me.

Quality at reasonable price
I am not a fan of the goggle looking cycling glasses so I’ve been looking for a style that fit my budget, I like and both fit and look good on my full round fat cheek faces- these for the bill! Quality feels study, lenses are nice (comes 3 total), and a nice hard case. The clincher was the fact that I can get several other interchangeable lenses for this model from Tifosi.

Lightweight and comfortable
Unimpaired visibility, photochromic lenses are adaptive and not too dark. Easy to spot road imperfections in the shadows. Very comfortable, handle with care as the lack of bridge renders these almost too flexible.

Spot On!
I bought these specifically for road cycling after I dropped a lens out of my old glasses on a ride and it got crushed under my rear tire.Tried really hard to convince myself to fork out the big bucks for a big brand and couldn't do it.Decided to try these as a compromise, and it turns out that these are great. Not having the frame across the top gives good visibility.I always wear glasses for eye protection and I always attach a mirror, so I like that they are very clear in low light but don't get too dark in the sun. The the side frame is strong enough to hold my mirror, no problem. Can't vouch for how well they would stay on a sweaty head because I always wear a strap around the back, but they seem like they would stay on well. Some say the nose piece comes off easily, I have not had a problem, but its something to keep an eye on I suppose.I like, I'm happy with the glasses.

Visibility is good.
I wear them solely on my bike.

Good quality sunglasses with rare adjustable nosepieces.
I have high cheekbones and a low nose bridge, which makes finding sport sunglasses that fit comfortably very difficult. This set has a nosepiece that is adjustable, so I can keep the lenses off my cheeks, avoiding irritation of the lenses digging in and the lenses from picking up oil off my skin, keeping them clean.I've dropped a previous set of these many times, and unlike other similar style sunglasses, they stay assembled. It can take a bit of force to change out the lenses, but that also means that stay together better. The optics of the lenses are fine. I didn't discern any obvious distortion.

Nice design but crack during normal use
Like the style and function of the glasses but they crack during normal use (not dropped or damaged) and company says "cracks not covered under warranty". Purchased a second pair which has now cracked after a month of use. Possible poor design or weak materials. Will not buy again

Goto stop losing these!
My third pair, great for on the bike because they don't have a frame across the top that would obstruct your view.Duathlon use so biking and running, great product.

I like..
If like me you've spent ages looking or buying what appear to be bargain glasses and then realising they are anything but, try these. I found the hassle of swapping glasses or deciding how late I might be cycling a pain, factoring in the fading light. These are near clear in darker conditions and perfectly ok for evening rides. In sunlight they do not go as dark as full on sunglasses but give sufficient eye protection and darken to a polaroid-like like lens. Extremely comfy. Robust. Come with a solid case and pouch.
