These books are amazing. We just got the dinosaur one in the mail today and have already enjoyed it with our boys. We've had the animals of the world book the last few months and still love going through it. I can see it will be the same with the dinosaur version as well.There's always something new to see every time you look. Is that a group of Utah raptor giving 'tickles' to the parasaur? You betcha! What's that crazy Goog up to on that next page? Is big brother anklyo going to continue being a good role model for his younger sister? You better turn the page to find out!It's also giving us the opportunity to brush up on our dinosaur knowledge as well. We know a lot of them but some we have to look up the name.All in all great book and great series. Highly recommend.

We began with one of the series and just had to purchase the entire series. These books grow with your child. Young toddlers learn so many words exploring the incredibly detailed pictures. Preschoolers and early elementary can practice oral narration and storytelling as they follow various characters through the storyline. One of my children is working through some speech difficulties and we love using this book to practice what he is learning. These are also amazing to take on trips. One book can be looked at again and again as there is so much detail. Even our oldest children will take a break from their novels to spend time exploring the pages.

Not nearly as good as all the others which deserves six stars

Excellent book!! My granddaughter is 3 and enjoy a lot looking for the dinosaurs in the different pages. She has other books of the same collection that are quiet nice also

Excellent book. We have all collection of them. Beautiful, clear, and colorful pictures. Great quality. My toddlers are loving it! I wish there were more of them coming.

Max Walther is my daugther's favorite author!. The book drawings are amazing and she can't stop saying how much she loves the book.

Our kids love all the Wimmel books, and although the illustrations in the dinosaur book are just as great as the others, it is a little difficult to know what all the different dinosaurs are in the book. There is a downloadable file you can get from the Wimmel website that provides a legend for each illustration, but you need to print them off and it makes it a little difficult to go between the book and the reference drawings to get the names of the various dinosaurs when going through the book. The drawings are still great and its fantastic for any dino loving kids out there.

The grandkids are going to love it. Love that it's a board book!!

This is a very simple book with not a lot of detailed. Compared to other books like the trains or the cars or fire trucks or the farm one, which have a lot of layers and a lot of interesting things happening besides the characters you are supposed to follow on each page.
