GREAT FIT
USUALLY TAKE LARGE SIZE IN T - SHIRT - WANTED THIS TO BE GOOD FIT NOT LOOSE - MEDIUM SIZE WAS PERFECT FIT AND VERY SNUG FIT AS SHOULD BE FOR THIS ITEM - PRICEY ITEM BUT HIGH QUALITY AND SUPER FIT AND VERY WARM... THE SIZING CHART WAS A GREAT HELP TO PICK THE CORRECT SIZE - I WILL BUY AGAIN AND WOULD LIKE THERE TO BE OTHER COLOUR OPTIONS AS WOULD BUY MORE - THIS BASE LAYER WITH SHIRT AND FLEECE IS ALL THATS NEEDED ON A COLD WINTERS DAY... NICE AND LIGHT BUT VERY WARM - VERY BREATHABLE / NOT SWEATY AND STAYS DRY ALL DAY LONG....

short sleeve base layer
Initially I was surprised how thin this base layer is, it is the same thickness as a normal cotton T shirt. That said it is quite an athletic fit, is comfortable, warm and moisture wicking. Good for hiking as a base layer but probably too warm for running.

Soft, breathable, nice cut
Bought size S for teenage sons who don’t want to wear anything “uncool”. The raglan cut and slim fit means this looks like a typical skinny tee when worn, and both sons love the extra warmth. It’s light enough to wear under school uniform or work clothes.

Great quality item at a great price
Edit. One year on. I’ve used this now on two long distance walks (120k plus multi day walks in Northern Spain x 2). It was the only base layer I wore. Washed it once on each trip but didn’t really need to. It’s done numerous single day hikes and performs well. Size up at least once. It’s started pilling in places from rucksack straps etc but that is to be expected. Genuinely good value and does its jobWasn't too sure whether this would be value for money at the price, buy cheap buy twice is what I always say. Have no worries on this score though, a great item, really good quality and although I would say you need to size up one or two sizes its a great anatomical fit (if you have the body ;-) )Yet to use it whilst walking but having had many merino products previously I don't anticipate any issues on this score.

Too short
Good material, well made.BUTOverall not well enough proportioned. I am 5ft 9ins, with 44ins. chest XL just fits chest wise. However, to be effective the garment should be about 2 inches longer. However, it is relatively cheap and I will keep it, but I would not buy another one.

Close fit. Comfortable.
Close fit. Comfortable.First shirt returned as stitching between shoulder and armpit came loose. Liked the ease of dropping it off at local Amazon Fresh without needing to pack n post. Decided to order again as looks good and was delievered a couple of days ago. All stitching good and fits well.

Cheap for Merino but does the job
I have fairly sensitive skin and don;t like wool directly on it but this blend felt fine. I little bit scratchy at first but after 15 minutes it was OK. On a full day walk I never had any dampness issues, it seemed to keep me dry and warm. I also wore it overnight and it was warm and still felt fresh in the morning so the anti-bacterial feature seems effective too. It more or less does what it claims and has made me a merino convert.I bought the XL size and it was snug on me (44inch chest) without being tight.EDIT I've now done several trips with this and it has been great, virtually no signs of wear. I wore it all day and all night for a 3 day backpacking trip and it was only starting to get stinky by the end, cerainly far better than my old synthetic baselayers. I've since bought a long sleeve merino top too, I am a convert!

Great value and performance
You can't beat merino blends for moisture wicking, temperature regulation and odour prevention. This base layer delivers on all of those merino plus points for a very reasonable price. Really nice fit and quality construction for something in the price bracket, you'd probably be paying twice the price for the same from the big name cycling brands out there. I've made the mistake of spending money on other synthetic "pro" base layers in the past and will always stick to merino from now on, and with this value for money there's no reason not to.Another big plus point for me was the brown paper packaging, rather than the acres of plastic usually used.

Vorsicht! 50% Polyester!
Das Teil besteht lt. Eindruck auf der Innenseite zu 50% aus Polyester. Ich empfinde das als Betrug, denn im Angebot steht „Merinowolle“.
