I got this to replace the original battery in my Dell Latitude e4310. It does fit, but there are a few issues.First, it didn't "click" in. This means the battery can come loose without disengaging it. That shouldn't be a major issue most of the time, but I don't generally move around too much at home with the computer, so I probably won't jostle it off. I am a little concerned for the times that I need to unplug and go somewhere, that I'll loosen it unexpectedly and cause my computer to shut down due to no battery. Not a good situation.Second, the indicator that shows battery life (a neat feature), doesn't work and it is on the bottom of the battery, not on the top. I can't see it unless I turn the computer upside down. This could be a function of trying to make the battery versatile enough to be used in multiple computer models,but where it is located, it is pretty much useless to me.On the positive side, it arrived quickly and had charge in it when it got here, and definitely has more life than my old battery (which was only holding about 45 mins to an hour of charge). It is nice to have an extra battery to buy me a little more time away from an outlet, even if I will have to have find some way to secure this battery into the machine (duct tape?).You could do worse for the price, but you surely can do better as well.

I needed a replacement for my laptop, the original was only lasting a quarter hour. It had the required low charge for safe transport which I expected.I found only one small issue, and that was the case of the battery was molded at the plus side of the molding tolerance, with a slight tweak the battery slipped and locked into place.My testing has shown good life so far, I cant speak for anyone else as the strength of a WIFI signal is a factor on how long the charge will last, running with a network cable and power cord connected as with a docking station, you cant tell the difference from a lap top to a desk top..

These batteries are crap. They arrive with a 50% charge and are not able to recharge. Received one and then a replacement. Both were the same. And return shipping will be deducted (5.99) from your refund even though the product is defective. Waste of money and time.

My laptop is plugged into an electrical port for 99% of the time. However, for the 1% that it is not, battery is critical.I bought this battery about an year ago. In this time, we have traveled with the laptop 4 times (exactly). The battery lasted about 2 hours for the first two trips, but on our 4th trip this was down to 20 minutes on a full charge. Maybe my particular piece was bad, but if you value your time, look elsewhere.

You will be waisting your money if you buy this product. I read many reviews and decided (don't know why) to purchase it, but now regret it.I does not hold charge at all. I have it for some time now, but simply because I need something in battery slot. It really never performed even at 50% of original battery. In this case it's "you get what you pay for".

The generic laptop battery works fine,but the batteries inside the battery pack not holding the charging correctly because the times indicator and the battery pack functions are totally different.The battery uses maybe lasting about an 1 hr or little more,but the fully charged battery indicator 2 1/2 hrs battery life.

This battery worked great for my dell e4310. I was a bit worried about it not locking into place from other reviews, as my child would be taking the laptop to school. It did fit but I did have to slide the lock on the bottom of the computer as that didn't lock on its own. Once locked it was on strong and hasn't fallen off. I would buy again.

It was a very inexpensive replacement for my failing laptop battery. It is not a high-capacity battery and I haven't measured the battery life, but it's run my E4310 laptop for a couple of hours at a time with no issues.
