The media could not be loaded. First of all this chandalier is BREATHTAKING & ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! My ceiling is sloped and the seller was so courteous to send me the piece needed to hang the chandelier. The chandelier is large, long and drops about 8 feet long down. It is high quality and makes for a very grand statement! I purchased 13 GU10 dimmable bulbs separately, so keep that in mind to do. The chandelier took several hours and two men to install. Even the men said once they were done they took a look at the chandelier and grew appreciation for it. I highly suggest you purchase from this seller due to their outstanding customer service and high quality product!

If it were up to my husband and I, it’s unlikely we would have put this together. We needed to use a 2-story scaffold and leverage the help of 2 awesome friends. Two people strung the crystals (about 350 of them) while the other connected them to the light mounted to the ceiling. It took roughly 8 hours, including the building of the scaffold. Very involved and requires attention to detail, but looks amazing at the end (photos don’t do it justice).

It’s really hard and time consuming to install but after you done it’s look beautiful. Definitely you need a scaffolding to install.

My wife and I liked the look of this light but were concerned about installation. It does take some time but it is very doable and not overwhelming with another person to help. We installed a chandelier lift which made the installation quite easy (offset cost of having to rent scaffolding) as we hung all of the crystals from a step ladder and then raised the chandelier when done. This gives the benefit of lowering when needing to replace a lightbulb in the future as well as cleaning. Vendor was terrific to work with and they were able to custom make a bracket to mount the fixture to my chandelier lift. It looks very nice and we get a lot of compliments from it. Recommended!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Nothing is simple about this fixture. The instructions are 1 page that says refer to page 7…which is page 7. I will gladly take this light fixture down and send it back. THINK ABOUT THE TASK AT HAND BEFORE YOU BUY!

I was doubting it but once we got it upon my high ceilings it looks GORGEOUS!even with the lights off still looks soooo nice!a little hard to put together but was worth it!and the price is very reasonable!LOVE IT!

Chandelier looks amazing !! It looks exactly same as in the picture. It added beauty to the home. I’ll definitely recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. First, DHL delayed shipping as it was held for incorrect import fees. However, thanks to the quick response from the seller they took care of things. Well done!There is no instructions just a diagram with numbered parts. All parts are very well organized in packages and labeled. No missing parts, there are a few extra crystals if any happened to be damaged from shipping.Be careful removing each wire from the bags, they tangle easily, especially the long ones.Installation is a challenge. Be prepare, patience required to install. A scaffold will be required to install as a ladder will not do.LED G10 lights are included. However, they are bright white and decided to replace them with warm white lights and dimmable as a dimmer was installed to control overall brightness.When its all put together and installed, its a piece of art!Very beautiful and well worth the effort.

This chandelier took a full day to assemble but was well worth the effort. The light fixture is absolutely stunning.

This item looks great once you are able to get it installed and assembled. This is extremely time consuming and I'll be explaining it here in detail if you plan to purchase this or if the seller happens to be reading this review for tips to make this product better.1. I live in Canada and the amazon ad said free delivery without mentioning any other charges. However, when UPS arrived, they wanted me to pay the import charges. I made the UPS guy stand at my doorway while I called amazon to sort this out. The amazon guy agreed that the ad made no mention of the customer being responsible for import charges and asked me to pay the UPS guy and amazon will credit my amazon account. I agreed to this and life goes on. Note that I chased this later with the seller on amazon and he basically said I should have been responsible for these charges. Then say this clearly on your ad! So bad.2. The instructions are on one sheet of paper. Not enough detail! These instructions could be so much better. Luckily, there is a YouTube video from a different seller that helps explain the installation with some added tips that helped me a lot.3. The circular light fixture was no problem to install. My only complaint is that they didn't supply any method of wire connects. They should include some marrettes at a minimum. Note that there were no instructions provided for the wiring.4. During assembly of the +100 strings, there were pieces that were either missing or defective. I got a total of three strings that didn't have the clip that snaps the string into the light fixture. So I couldn't hang them. I have to improvise and use some bent up paper clips. I also got two strings where the string was snapped off and I had to use gorilla glue to reattach them. If you have a soldering iron, this would be the best way but I don't. Lastly, there was one string that was too long by about 1.5 inches. I still haven't fixed this yet but I will most likely create a loop somewhere to shorten it. My one tip to the seller here is please include some spare clips! There were no spares and paper clips are not a proper substitute.5. My last thing here is that the most time consuming activity for this assembly was because of the way the seller packaged the strings. They are bagged up and looped in multiple pieces and untangling them when you open the bag took sooooooo long. It's like trying to untangle fishing tackle. Best tip to the seller here is to individually wrap EACH one. Don't bundle them up in multiples.Other than that, once you actually assemble it, the chandelier is very nice and great center piece. I hope that I don't discover further defects and it will light up my living room for many years to come.
