Perfect office on wheels
I have been doing a lot of temporary and contract work. I like having my own pens, pencils, (working) scissors and other office and personal supplies. I was on a four-month assignment that ended abruptly after eight days and I was not allowed to go gather my belongings - I had to tell the agency what I remembered that was mine, and they did not bring it all back.I determined to never assume I would be coming back to an office again. I was fed up with huge tote bags, which are difficult for me to carry because of back and knee problems.I bought this cube with the amazing pocket liner and I am delighted with it. I have put my office supplies and lotions and potions (lip balm, hand lotion, sanitizer, etc) into the cube. I can bring my bottled water, my diet coke, throw in my lunch and snacks, and pretty much anything else I would have if I were working at a permanent job with my own desk. The cube is sturdy, the wheels work fine, the handle telescopes up and down as it should. I can pull it up stairs or carry it with the handles. The fabric cover is very sturdy, well-stiched, with a good variety of useful pockets.

Love it, except the wheels
This is my 2nd Qube Caddy. I am a school-based occupational therapist and I travel from school to school during the day so I needed something that can carry all my therapy items. The Caddy itself is awesome, and I LOVE the compartments that this one came with. Also, the customer service from this company is great!!! When I first placed my order, the Caddy never came and when I emailed them, they sent another one right away. It was very painless! My only complaint is the rubber wheels don't last long. I have had this one for only about 2 or so months and BOTH rubber parts on the wheels have already come off. I am currently rolling it on the plastic part of the wheel. My first one had the same problem. It still rolls, but not as smoothly. I wish they sold replacement wheels or something as I put a lot of mileage on it. Otherwise this is a great product.

Qube Caddy XL
I was very pleased with this purchase at first. All those handy dandy pockets were great for organizing little things. Unfortunately, the plastic parts that hold the bottom in place soon broke off and the bottom kept falling out. I have been able to insert a long screw into the "hinge" area and it seems to be holding. I am disappointed that the box was not as good as I had hoped.UPDATE: The company saw this review , quickly contacted me and replaced the cube. No problems with the new one!! Way to go! Great customer service!

Second purchase
I purchased this item in 2014 and use it every weekday since I park a good 1/4 mile from work. I pack my lunch, purse, dayplanner, etc. It goes up and down curbs easily and is element resistant. After one year the box started to break down and the wheels lost shape. I purchased a new box and kept the canvas pocketed sleeve. Now, both the box and sleeve need replacing... the cover has holes and is fraying. I wore the poor thing out. I am purchasing the exact same thing again. For me the box has a one year life span, the cover is two. I really love it.

Attractive and useful, but NOT durable
Ordered this caddy thinking it would be perfect for our needs - it would have been, had it not broken on its third use.First, the good stuff. It's an attractive tote, with plenty of pockets for storage. The fabric covering appears to be durable and easy to clean. The handle opens and closes easily, and you can fit a LOT of stuff in it.Unfortunately, on the third use the plastic on the bottom edge, between the two wheel axles, broke. This caused the wheels to splay outwards and make the caddy difficult to transport, as the wheels will now not roll correctly. When I turned it over to look for damage a large section of plastic between the wheels came off in my hand. The caddy was not by any means overloaded; there was no more than 25 pounds in it when it broke.Because we don't use the caddy every day the product return window has now closed and it's not eligible for a refund. I guess we'll chalk this up as a learning experience.

Read my updates...
I'm an SLP working at multiple schools and my old Lakeshore cart just totally bottomed out on me one day (file folders and papers scattered everywhere-good times!). So I decided to upgrade to this bad boy. So far I am very pleased with my choice. It was simple to put together and I have more storage pockets than I know what to do with! I can even store some of the test stimuli I need to access a lot. It seems very sturdy and I really like how high the handle is and that the button to retract it is on the actual handle itself. My old cart had a shorter handle and the retraction button was on the caddy. This just works better for me. I recommend it. :)Update 11/14/14: The bottom dropped out on me after 7 months. I think I overloaded it too heavily too often. But I really like it, so I'm going to buy the same kind again and give it another shot!UPDATE: 10/02/15: I've had the cart almost a year now (11 months)...to be honest, I don't know if I will ever find a cart that is strong and sturdy enough for me. =/ This cart's bottom has also now given out, because of parts that no longer fit together very well. With how much it flexes when you maneuver it, it seems like the cart almost "stretches out" and the bottom ends up too small for the space. But I require a large cart with storage, and no other carts seem to be any better...I will buy this cart, yet again. Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm??
