These are 4 1/2" dia not 5". Also did not work on my rigid orbital sander as the loop backing did not grab.

Great pads for stripping paint off classic cars!
Excellent pads for stripping paint off metal. I restore classic cars for my hobby and these work great for removing the old layers of paint and light rust without putting a lot of heat in the body sheet metal. Really like them!

Does the job at removing mill scale from steel.
Wear your protective gear. These pads work well for cleaning the mill scale from steel before I make new furniture. Last longer than I thought they would.

Works very well on oxidized and heavily pitted aluminum end dump trailer prebuffing/polishing prep. Sands like 200-400 grit depending on pressure applied.

Maroon discs, great deal
Despite the description saying these are gray they are the maroon discs, which is exactly what I wanted.

Worn out very fast on hardwood , i have cheap sandpaper working a way better !
