The audio quality truly is terrible. But, Sujeetec is not to blame. I got exactly $7 worth of microphone. My advice: Spend another $10 and get the Pyle double-ear mic. If you're using it for Zoom, turn original sound off and the Pyle sounds reasonable. This Sujeetec mic, on the other hand, is beyond help.

First off, I use this headset everyday in my classroom. It is light weight and works great! I highly recommend it BUT I wish it had just a little more adjustability. It can be extended or retracted to adjust the length of the microphone extension, however I would not recommend trying to bend it to your needs as it does not feel as though that was the intent.
