Chose XL to ensure room for clothing underneath. He is 5'10" - 205#s. He normally takes XL in clothing and I was originally concerned it would be too tight, no room for regular clothing. But nope!! PLENTY of room!! He said the quality was better than he expected for the price. Leg is roomy for jeans or work pants and heavy work boots. He was also wearing 2 sweatshirts at the time he tried the jacket on and it was roomy! BRIGHT BRIGHT YELLOW, VERY REFLECTIVE BANDS. Very satisfied!!
