Basic Kit 2-3 is for two LED devices. This kit is designed for use in a 3 AAA battery device. (For a 2 battery device, check other listings.) You can easily expand it by purchasing additional power injectors, dummy batteries and cables. You can also purchase the 1 LED and 4 LED kits and expand those as you like. The 4.8vdc power supply puts out 800mAh. LED lanterns and candles use anywhere from 20ma to 100ma, though typically at the lower end. The power supply will officially light 4 devices but may light 8 or more. The cables/connectors are 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel plugs which is the same as those used for CCTV camera power supplies. Depending upon your placement of devices, it might make more sense to plug in power supplies near them rather than running all the cables from one power supply. Accessories and parts are also available separately. Includes 6" metal file to file small opening to accomondate wire, though battery covers will fit over wire.
