Good when not blinking
I purchased this about 8 months ago. Overall, I like it. It was easy to install, looks good, and is very bright. My only complaint is that about 1 out of every 15-20 times I turn it on, it just blinks off and on continuously. I'd guess that it's blinking 3-4 times per second. That keeps going until I turn the switch off and back on again. Then it's OK. It happens about once a week. It's annoying, but I had already recycled the box it came in before it happened the first time, so I couldn't easily return it.

Great Light
Everything about the light is exactly as promised. The size is perfect for our kitchen. The color of the light is great as it is a true daylight and it gives off plenty of light so our kitchen is bright in all places.

Flashing and failure
Overall the light looks good, dims and provides ample light. However, I have the same issue another wrote about. The light sometimes comes on blinking on and off about once per second. Must turn off and eventually will work properly. The fixture has two LED arrays and two power supplies. One power supply failed on mine. The power unit is marked “This power unit is intended to be correctly orientated in a vertical or floor mount position.” In the fixture the power unit is misused and mounted in a horizontal upside down position and that may be why it failed (overheat?). The occasional blinking is probably a power unit issue. Replacement power units are about $45 each.
