Where have these been all my life? Awesome for work, but not for "high impact" outfits!
These work very, very well for what I need-- I use them between the buttons of dress shirts and shirtwaist dresses to keep them from gaping open across the bust. This has been a problem for years, and I'm thrilled to have a solution that doesn't damage my clothes! Suggestion-- do your very best NOT to ever touch the sticky surface with your fingers, and the dots will stick *much* better. The backing comes off in 4 pieces- just remove the big white piece, put the dot where you want it, then peel the other/smaller pieces off. Press the two pieces of clothing together for a few moments before you let go. If you touch it with your fingers (even if they are clean), the oil transfers onto the dot and it is much less sticky. If you're going to be moving/reaching a lot, you may need to replace the dot at lunchtime, but for normal office days these do just fine. I have also used them on a silk scarf to hold it in place, and I used two in a pinch on the hem of a skirt that came loose in the middle of the day. I would not recommend them for dance costumes, jewelry, or to hold the cloth if you have to stretch the material to come together. Otherwise, these are fantastic, and I will always have them on hand.

Perfect!
These are perfect to adhere fabric to skin if you have a low top that opens, or if you have a scarf that you want to keep in place. Also, like it to put between buttons on the front of a blouse so it doesn't gap. I've used it too, to keep small shoulder pads in place.Great for putting up a hem that may rip while you're out.Always keep it on hand for you never know what! I carry it with me...just in case!

Stay in place
Stay in place very well. I use them to keep bra straps from slipping. Leave no residue on skin or fabric. I've found it easiest to remove by rolling off the fabric, not by pulling off.

These are my new favorite item.
The Hollywood Dots are perfect to close a neckline that gaps just a little too much or to keep something in place. They stick well to clothing and skin.

Not as sticky as I need for lasting closure.
Not as sticky or long lasting as I had hoped. Works for a while. I have used it in between buttons to cover gaps, and above the top button to close up a too-plunging neckline.

Where has this been all my life?
Can’t believe I am just now discovering the joys of fashion tape. Easy to use and adhesive lasts. Grateful I had it for a recent theme wedding. Worked great to hold costume pieces in place. Lasted through dancing even.

Just buy the tape.
These are really for a very small item that does not run the risk of being tugged in any way. These just don't have the hold of the regular tape. I won't be buying again.

Light weight stickers
These help with light weight fabrics to keep things in place when you need it where it's supposed to be.

Great idea but did not work well for me.
Great idea but did not have enough tack to stick and stay. Wasted the first one trying to apply it. Larger dot than I expected. Came in a nice sturdy container. Not for me.

Didn’t work at all
Totally useless - the tape didn’t stick fabric on fabric, or fabric on clean/dry skin leaving me showing a lot of cleavage. Interestingly, the tape sort of melted to one side of the fabric leaving a residue that was really hard to remove, but it didn’t stick other side of the fabric or to skin.
