The product has no flavor and when skaken in water does not dissolve. Also what does dissolve causes a foaming action in bottle. Needs to be returned.

I use the powdered diet lemon tea Snapple this way. I empty 2 of the packets into a pitcher and fill with water. I have purified water from a soft water system in my home so the RO (reverse osmosis) is as pure as bottled water. Those 2 packets make a full pitcher and serves at least 12 glasses of tea. I think you can see how much more economical this product is than buying the bottles of Snapple which cost much more. Besides that for some reason I gave up trying to find diet lemon tea Snapple in bottles. It has just disappeared from shelves in the last few years. Only diet raspberry and peach flavors are now available in my area of the country.

I was happy to have found my favorite Snapple powdered drink for a decent price. It has been difficult to find lately so I order a LOT of it. When it arrived I noticed that the packaging wasn't the same, this had happened before and it was no big deal, inside was the same drink mix I've grown to really like. I mixed up a glass of the drink and as I was bringing the glass to my lips to take a sip, I was hit by a strong "chemical smell." I opened another box and sampled that with the same result. I then looked at the packaging and realized after reading the fine print that this sin't Snapple Diet Iced Tea at all. It is made by JUICY MIXES LLC under license from Snapple. Many of the ingredients are the same, some are not, but CLEARLY something is WAY different. Apparently Snapple is okay with this, I am NOTSo... guess what the worst part of this is; I spent a BUNCH of money on this stuff and it says it is not eligible for return. Seriously? You list a product as something it is NOT, then refuse to allow returns?

I drink alot of tea and this tastes great and doesn't cost up to $2 a bottle. I actually enjoy it at half it potency - which makes the box last longer and I get more water - but you should not be disappointed either way.

EDIT : I wish I could contact the seller, I think these have been discontinued. I really hope not, these are perfect & I use them every day.I've been using these "to go" packs for a while now. A couple of things about this Diet Iced Tea flavor. They changed it recently. It's not as good, I wish they would go back to whatever the old formula was. I still really like it, just not as much as the old formula. Also I wish they would bring back the Half n Half flavor. I can't get that anywhere on Amazon anymore. That is far & away the best flavor. If it comes back I will stock up on it like crazy, it's the best. But bottom line, I have these on Subscribe & Save and cannot live without them.

pleased with my order.i do have a question though.has anyone else noticed that the diet lemon tea taste different than it used to and I see this tea has 10 calories where it never used to.did the recipe change,it actually has a stronger lemon taste to it.as far as seller goes am happy with my order and will buy from them again.

The flavor is great and I love that it is sugar free. They are hard to find these days. I find it to be a good deal since you get so many boxes!

I've been drinking Snapple Lemon Diet tea instant singles to go for about 4 years; 12 boxes a month.Probably too much I know, but I liked it.It was sweetened with Aspartame, which I"m sure isn't good for me, but like I said, I liked the taste.I just ordered 24 boxes and when I received them I noticed the box was a little different, but no big deal.When I mixed the first glass and took the first drink of it I immediately knew it was a BIG DEAL.It tasted like lemon flavored paint thinner, yuck.After many calls, I finally found out that Snapple has leased the instant tea to a new company DYLA, I think.That was the problem, they now make the lemon flavor out of new chemicals and sweeten it with another new chemical.cAMAZON says it doesn't qualify for a return, not sure why and now they're hiding behind the Corona virus curtain and won't call or talk to you.Bottom line, be ware of the new Snapple instant tea, it's TERRIBLE.
