I like that it's written in simple and easy-to-understand terms.

For a supposed complete re-write the fact that it still requires you to adopt a United States Code Page for non-Unicode programmes causes doubt - it means that at the core of the program is a pre 2000 (pre Unicode) programming language. This may make it faster than it would have been with a modern programming language. But with Windows 11 using C, C++, C#, and assembly language, clearly pre 2000 programming languages are not dead (assemble language). Windows 11 of course does not require you to adopt any Code page unless you are using ancient pre 2000 software e.g. early games. I have been using Quicken since Quicken 2 (1992), it has done some stupid things in its time (withdrawing from the international market, trying to be too clever as in Investment monitoring and foreign currency exchanges), but with the palace revolution of recent years once more we make progress. Still too early to comment on Quicken 2021 but it is looking good. It clearly beats it competition for a personal financial package by a long way.Quicken still fails to provide a method of importing data directly from a normal Excel or CSV spreadsheet, and even its own method is not failsafe on internal transfers between accounts - or I have failed to comprehend the correct way of doing it - which is itself is a condemnation.BUT remember over all it is GREAT!

And now you get to pay for it annually.Don't get me wrong, it is still the best commercial offering around and it does track personal financial data pretty well.But, the haven't changed or improved that data store format in years. The canned reporting is okay but can be misleading if you don't pay attention.To say the iif import/export file format is a hot mess would be an immense undeserved compliment.Technical support is inconsistent running everywhere from benign neglect to criminally negligent.I appreciate that stagnant business need to generate revenue, I just wish that this product would improve. But hey, I remember when you licensed software and could keep installing it for as long as you needed it.

I really haven’t had the chance to interact with this program yet. But looking through the set up I’m very excited to try it out. I needed something for my small business and this seems to have everything I need.

I’m sure this is in the description but the business version does not run on Mac computers. We’ve used Quicken for years, our last upgrade was 2014. We do not like having to log in to use Quicken, not liking that it’s web based. We use it on a Dell computer, I’ll likely remove this version and reinstall the 2014, definitely not a fan of needing a membership for features I purchased.

Easy to keep a handle on where your money goes.Real easy to download your expenditures from your bags into the program.

Unfortunately in the neverending subscription based model, annual fee is required. However, I would expect to see some level of continuous improvement and enhancements. With Quicken, none of that is included in their subscription model. It's the same product from 10 years ago. If you are a long time Quicken user, you may also feel like it is extortion as you can't even use basic capabilities without renewal.Extremely disappointed.
