2" Nylon Sealed Garage Door Rollers, 6200ZZ High Performance Ball Bearing (12 Pack, 7" Stem)

I replaced my 20 year old garage door rollers with these nylon rollers. They were very easy to install and reduced the noise while the garage door is in motion. This brand is made in the USA and is excellent quality.

Rollers are great quality, good price and super quiet. Purchased a second set of 10 for our second garage door.

Holy moly what a difference in sound. Super quiet garage door operation now. It's so quiet that I can't even hear the door open and closed from inside the house. I suggest to look at a couple YouTube videos to see the different ways of replacing these things. Bending the rail and pulling the wheel out was the way I did it.

In the end these are far superior to my previous rollers. My door is a low overhead installation, and it made changing the rollers tricky but that is nothing against this product. I was happy with the price and value.Someone made a useful comment as far as keeping the bearing covers in place. I went ahead and tacked the caps in place with a soldering iron before installing.The one thing that kept me from a 5 star review was the quality of the actual nylon rollers that contact the rails. Just about all of them had a rough burr on the wheel surface, left over from the molding process. I had to spend some extra time going over them and shaved off the burrs with a utility knife. I was going all in for quietest possible operation and was worried that these might cause some extra noise. In the end, I am very pleased with the level of quiet operation with these. I won't know if the burrs would have made a big difference but it caused some additional effort for my peace of mind.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy install and super quiet combined with a new belt driven opener!Take a look at my pic for an idea. I had some pass through hole grommets (rubber), so I drilled a 3/8” hole through each and got out the grease gun.Added some marine grease to each roller shaft and used the grommets for end seals. Of course they aren’t completely sealed because the shafts do move side to side when opening/closing the door.However, it will keep blobs of grease from spitting out eventually! Just an idea with things I had around.I do believe as a whole the door is quieter than it ever has been! Install took maybe an hour and ** use the other guy’s tip with the locking pliers**do not remove the bottom rollers without securing the spring cable😳

I wish I would have years ago. I have previously been replacing the old steel rollers a few at a time as they wear out. The ones I was buying at the home store would typically last for a year or two. They were wobbly from the beginning and just got more wobbly and noisier as they wore out. The superior quality of these rollers as a parent as soon as you take them out of the box. The bearings are sealed, there’s very little play, the rollers themselves are uniform and have a smooth outer face which is important for moving smoothly through the track. It took only about 30 minutes to install them using the “bend the track” method. The improvement was dramatic. The door is quieter and smoother than it has ever been. And the cost was no more than what I have been paying at the home store for the steel rollers of inferior quality.

I installed these in place of the standard metal rollers these are nice and quiet easy to install just make sure to do one bracket at a time and one side before going to the next side mark where the brackets go before removing this helps to make sure you get the brackets back in the same hole location

Great replacement product for aging rollers. Easy to fit, very smooth and quiet operation, plus being sealed definitely will help to keep dust and other particles out. I would recommend these for a terrific upgrade.

Significantly reduced to the garage door sound when operating. I had a couple of damaged steel ball bearing wheels on my old garage door. Replaced all wheel with these nylon Z sealed bearing. Great! Recommended to others who've decided to do the same.
